I can't say enough good things about this place! We (me, husband, his parents) stayed for a week in early December on a half board basis and LOVED it. Having spent a skiing week with family and a group of friends at Hotel Almhof I am glad to recommend it for great service, fantastic food , nicely renovated amenities and location next to the slope in Galtuer Wirl and just a few kilometres from Ischgl skiing paradise. Great week skiing in early March. Stayed at the Lohmann, conveniently situated in the town, has a ski rental shop on site and good sized boot room with heaters. Rooms very big with lots of storage. The food in the restaurant was good with lots of choice and the wine was very free flowing. All the staff were friendly and helpful including the reception team and restaurant staff. Hotel Lohman is a wonderful place to stay and exceeds expectations on many levels. Great service great food and with the added benefit of having its own sports shop connected so you can plan your ski trip in one package. I would recommend to a friend.

We were very much looking forward to our holiday at the Vitalhotel Kaiserhof. Our friends who have already stayed at this hotel have only good things to say. Now the Robert Koch Institute has declared Tyrol a risk zone, and, unfortunately, our vacation will not take place. After live music in front of the hotel, we decided to have diner in Bechlwirt. Service was very good, food too, value for money, so 5 stars. 1 very minor point, no eiswein possible.. anyway I will definitely come back.

We went to the Bechlwirt restaurant for dinner and it was okay. The food tasted good and most of the staff were friendly. However, when asked if some food that was left over could be taken home, they brought us Aluminum Foil instead of a proper box.

Great traditional Austrian Hotel in the heart of Kirchberg, central location close to bars restaurants shops and railway. Great food and nice bar restaurant. They have a variety of rooms all kept very clean. I found the family owners very nice and helpful as are the staff they employ. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. My wife and I visited the day spa including breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a good selection of cheese, meats, bread, yoghurts, fruit and cooked options. The spa was clean and well equipped, the views from the heated outdoor pool were great. Overall, brilliant value for money and we would definitely visit again.

Super close to the Horn lifts (great if you’re a more advanced skier) and only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Hahnenkam lifts. Nothing was too much trouble. I had agreed to share a room with a friend. Little did I know what an Austrian twin room was( google it if you don’t know) we had already had a nightmare journey getting to the resort due to plane cancellations and bad weather, only to find that I had to share a bed with my mate. We spent a week in Söll and stayed at Hotel Alpenschlössl. The service was exemplary and professional. The hotel was traditional and comfortable. 1. After checking in and opening the room door for the first time, there was some stranger sitting in the bed. Closed the door, went back to the reception, told reception lady that there was a person inside our room. The hotel was okay but thats about it. Nothing surprises you about it. Rooms lack light, there isn't a ventilation present in the bathroom. Service is often slow or doesn't speak english/proper german. Breakfast was okay but again it doesn't really blow me away. Location is between a wood factory and an electrical substation, however being on the outskirts of St. Johann means that it's accessible.

Everything you need plus an excellent spa. The rooms are very practical, spaciuous enough with lot of room to store your belongings. Bathroom is perfect. It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

We spent a week from 14-21 February. Front desk staff were not as friendly as restaurant staff. A pity. Perhaps they should swop them around! We had no hot water in the evening. Just returned after a wonderful week at the Hotel Kristall. The staff we lovely, the food delicious and the roof top infinitely pool, with its amazing view was brilliant. We will be back next year and stay for longer.

The resturante in clean and people are ok. Not friendly thought. The prices are high and the food was not good at all. I'll start with the good things: the chardonay winr at glass was very good also the garlic soup. But the smash burger my kid of 10 could not eat and was starbing and it is his favourite food. The mix grill were a joke and was 30 euro.

We had two rooms: one the Chalet and one the junior suite. Our stay was great. Unfortunately our son was between two families, was the stay a bit clouded. We’ve just returned home from a wonderful week’s stay as a family of 4. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was really delicious and well presented. Plus the location is perfect. The views from our balcony of the valley and up to the glacier were beautiful. We shall definitely be returning.

Booked hotel with 10 friends for a shortski trip. Very friendly staff, helpfunctie, great breakfast and dinner, 15min with public transport to Ischgl. We will be back for sure!!

This was my 3rd trip to the Fluchthorn and would definitely recommend and return again. We had a great large room (215) which was spotless and still cleaned everyday. The food is excellent and Natalia and Lonut who looked after us all week were fantastic. Wellness is lovely and location is great for a bus up to Galtur (about 5 mins away) or into Ishgul (about 15)

Had a lovely six nights at this hotel in the beautiful town of Galtür. We chose the location due to it proximity to the ski resort of Ischgl. It’s a quiet hotel in a quiet town with excellent facilities and transport connections. This is a great hotel. The food is excellent, the rooms are modern and clean, the hosting is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

Beautiful room. Amazing service. The food was A+++ Great atmosphere. Wonderful spa (watch out for the naked bums in the sauna area if you’re a stuffy Brit like me 🤣).

I have rules I count them A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

HOTEL WELL LOCATED in a village near Innsbruk but mediocre catering; No variety of appetizers and identical desserts for 5 days. Hot dishes more or less correct but overall canteen-type quality. Apparently the hotel operates mainly with groups. That's how I stayed there. Some places need to be renovated. One participant came back covered in bedbug bites.

Pleasant and friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast. Reasonable price for half board. There is a different choice every evening for dinner. I do not agree with the very negative opinions seen about this hotel.

Everything was great, the staff at the reception is really kind! The room was clean, it also had a great terracce. Dinner was also delicious, and the juice at the breakfast was excellent!(Finally not something water with some orange syrup..)

Everything was Ok. Rooms and services was Ok . Big + is a big parking place, if u come witha bigger car and of course a super ham & egges for breakfast :) Enjoy

We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Edelweiss. Super friendly staff, we arrived late but they still served us dinner for a very reasonable price. Clean facilities, great location.
