I had the pleasure of spending a couple nights at this hotel this summer. My stay was nothing short of magical. Excellent friendly family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive during our stay for the last week of the ski season. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful taking us the short distance to the gondola. The pool was nice and refreshing with amazing views from the sauna. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay (even on a ski holiday) and would return back.

Lovely people staffing the restaurant - mainly Greek - but service standards are poor. Dirty dinner plates left on table waiting to be cleared while the serving staff are busy clearing side tables to prepare for breakfast. The dessert might never have arrived but for being requested. We booked a week and were thoroughly satisfied. We received loving care in a family atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was varied and delicious every day. The pool was well heated and a place for pure relaxation. After dinner, we felt very comfortable in the bar, and the conversations there were also very pleasant. Our second stay at the Karl Schranz which, unfortunately, did not fully live up to our favourable memories of 2023. Lovely hotel with sweet and helpful staff! Beautiful area, a minute walk from the main shopping area in Seefeld, as well as the Olympia Center (pool, spa etc) right behind the hotel, really good sushi restaurant attached to hotel, and a sport store attached to hotel where you can rent bikes. Staff is very helpful and kind, the rooms are nice and well maintained. The jewel in the crown is the kitchen. The breakfast is rich, and dinner is a real masterpiece. We stayed here for a long weekend of hiking as a family of four. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality and service. Booked this hotel for our family weekend to Pitztal. Great location only 15 minutes from Rifflsee and Glacier express. It was great having a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. The ski lift is reasonably close although it does take a few minutes to get there in ski boots. On the other hand when returning there is a ski slope that ends just around the corner from the hotel, it's worth aiming for that one if you do not want to walk back to the hotel at the end of a day of skiing.

What a fantastic place! I took the single room in the basement which was comfortable, spacious, clean and has an en-suite. The breakfasts were amazing - all you need to set you up for a day on the slopes. But the best of all were Manni and Maria, who were incredibly hospitable, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would love to stay there again.

Absolutely charming little hotel. The decor is very tasteful. The rooms and hotel itself are modern style and everything functions perfectly. There's a Finnish style sauna with a neat relaxation room. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located within a 2 minutes walk to the lift. St Anton is an expensive place, this hotel offers a great location,, cosy rooms, decent breakfast at a reasonable price, Stefan is a wonderful host who is happy to answer questions and provide help. We stayed here via Crystal, just before Christmas 2025 and its a nice hotel. It's a good 10min walk away from Galzigbahn slightly up hill though, this is the ONLY way to get there. so carrying skis there were a few grumbles in our party 🤣 Still it's perfectly located for going to Spar or the nightclub or the 'best bar' in town after you've finished après. Amazing location, steps from the gondola. Staff were all very attentive and friendly and having breakfast and dinner included made it all so easy. Rooms were spotless, with plenty of room. Great place for families!
