Nice place to stay in the area, staff is friendly and cordial. Optional 5 course dinner was great first night, not so great the next. They will charge for a bottle of water during dinner even though they told us it came from the tap-don’t quite understand that but it seems happens throughout Austria. Location was beautiful and fun.

Excellent hotel. Right in front of the bus stop for Stubai Glacier (15 mins) or to the other glacier valley towns / Innsbruck. Excellent service from all staff with a particular thank you to our waiter Cosmin. We would stay again without hesitation.

The stay at Alphotel Innsbruck is exquisite and relaxing. They have a bar that operate until midnight. Do take a room that is able to see the Alps (mountain view) - it is indeed magical during sunrise. There is a huge variety of breakfast selection at the restaurant in the morning. The hotel is right beside a bus stop so transport to the City is pretty smooth - it is a 100% good choice for the travel

Our previous hotel booking got canceled, so we rebooked this one, which included breakfast. It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully, transportation is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a shopping mall directly across the street, so overall, it's pretty good. However, the towels weren't replaced promptly enough, which is something that could be improved.

I have to be honest and say that overall it’s a good Hotel- location is great, room is big and comfortable(although old and decorated in 1950), Breakfast is decent, Even the spa is nice- really can’t complain, as everything is super Average. but.. and there is a big but.. Wonderful Family-run hotel! We loved our stay at Hotel Pramstraller over Christmas. The service was very warm & friendly, rooms were very clean & comfortable and the sauna facilities were brilliant. We had an absolutely pleasant stay! The hotel is run by a lovely family who helped us with many things during the stay. Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Had a week here in the snow. Had the suite at the front of the hotel. The room itself was spacious. A bath would have been nice. We had a great time at hotel lenz, the location is great and just 5 meters next to the cable car station. The hotel personnels are friendly and kind, the food is value for the money and delicious. Ski back, Roll out Such a luxury to ski literally to the door AND roll into the lift every morning- I don’t think you could get a better placed hotel- really removes a lot of kerfaffle particularly with children. The food was outstanding with great and attentive staff. Really personable. The rooms are practical and kept very clean. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool and play area.

The hotel met all my requirements and wishes. The staff was super friendly when spoken to, the rooms were cleaned every day to perfection, the spa was super nice and big! You can feel a special care everywhere...Next to the main lift. An open pool and hot tube area just in front of the ski slope we take to get directly to the hotel. Live music on Saturday night. Reach breakfast, lunch after skiing and 5 course dinner in Austrian style. The best out of best.

The SCOL is predominantly a family hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of Fugen village and has its own ski bus stop right outside. The hotel room I had was pretty good. We stayed here back in 2019 but I often daydream about going back. Truly one of the most beautiful, family friendly places we have stayed. We had a great time here - every single member of the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the house and its interior are simply beautiful and the surroundings are stunning anyway :) Breakfast with a view of Zugapitze is something you don‘t get everyday. And the breakfast was fantastic by the way! Thanks for a great stay, we enjoyed it so much!

Facilities were excellent, food was exquisite and the hosts were brilliant throughout. Benedicte cooked an incredible Christmas dinner making this an unforgettable stay. Their private Spa area was comfortable, quaint and luxurious all at once. While the door to door ski in-ski out experience made this an incredibly convenient location.

We have enjoyed the suite, very spacious, new, well equipped and well heated. Food was very good, a fish/seafood option was available every evening. The pool is good for small kids, saunas were great and never crowded. Staff attentive and helpful, we have enjoyed every minute. Bus stop to both skiing resorts is right in front of the hotel.

We had a great time with our group of 10 (split across two rooms) and in particular I wanted to give a shoutout to the staff who were always ready to go the extra mile to help us out, both at reception or dinner.

To start the location was ideal for skiing and for walking downtown. The rooms were extremely clean and large. But the real gem was the service - Andreas has done an amazing job putting together a team that is not only great at what they do but gives that extra attention necessary to make each client feel special. The really spacious rooms are very warm and comfortable, with all modern facilities including a bath in the bathroom (hard to find these days and essential after a hard days skiing) a separate walk in shower and the toilet is in an extra room! Hotel Alpenland is such a wonderful hotel! The location and breakfast were perfect. The staff was so kind, they were very professional. The two-person bedroom was very clean and the bedroom size was big enough. We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Alpenland!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is good, just a short walk to the Nassereinn lift. It was just me and my daughter in the family suite but it would be suitable for a family of 4.
