We staied 7 nights in Biohotel Rasbichlof in the winter time and we know for sure that we want to come back. Had a week here in the snow. Had the suite at the front of the hotel. The room itself was spacious. A bath would have been nice. Unfortunately the room was so hot but couldn't have the windows open as the room was on the front main street and was so noisy with revellers. Returned home quite tired. The food and staff were pretty good. The spa was also ridiculously hot so couldn't spend too long in there...

Had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious and turned over daily. The pool and spa on the roof is simply amazing after a days skiing. We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. The staff was excellent. Not worth the high price Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was good.
