The rooms are very clean and the location at Neustift im Stubaital is perfect for skiing at the glacier as well as for hiking and walking around in summer. We’ve been in the area 3 times before, this time was our first holiday as a family of 3. Our little boy enjoyed every single second. The hotel and staff were great and very friendly. Very good location, with an amazing spa and great food. Everting was perfect and will hope to come back soon. The restaurant has even a play room for kids if they want to go while the adults can enjoy their meal.

The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors.

Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. Great location and superb breakfast. The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed.

We had not visited the Leutascherhof for nearly 10 years and it was lovely to find that it was as good as our previous visit and there had been some significant upgrades to rooms and to the facilities The main pleasure apart from the room and food was the excellent and friendly staff and we would be delighted to return before too long

We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area. Breakfast was excellent with made-to-order choices and large buffet. Dinners were very good (not many dinner options in town). Convenient having ski rental in hotel. Staff very friendly and eager to answer any questions.

Dining there with such a good team made the visit special. Good wine list. Great apres-ski options on site and within a short walking distance.
