We stay here regularly when visiting family. The rooms are lovely - well decorated and spacious. The staff are very thoughtful and the customer service is excellent. The hotel is well placed for both the centre of town and getting out of town on the motorway.

Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Good hotel to stay The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04.05.24 We also had 2 sunny days. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table. During our stay, we experienced several maintenance and service issues that caused concern. The swimming pool area requires urgent attention, as the floor drains are damaged and have sharp edges. We were here two years ago when we discovered their restaurant and this is definitely the highlight of the hotel! They have the best bulgarian food in Bansko. Two years later, we are back in the restaurant enjoying chicken kavarma, kebabcheta with lyutenitsa, french fries with sirene (white cheese) and ayran - all very delicious, smiling personnel and good prices! 5 out of 5 for the restautant!

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. I have arrived at hotel by driving my car, but I have a little difficult to understand why one receptionist man did not allow me to park my car in the hotel parking lot. He has mostly refused to my parking at hotel parking space. Generally first comer first parking is basic rule and mutual understanding. I do not understand his reasons.
