On our first day here, we visited Azzuro, the restaurant next to our hotel, and were warmly welcomed by the sweetest, kindest, smiling lady. 🥰 We enjoyed some homemade rakia and coffee, and the food arrived quickly – and was absolutely delicious. 🍽️ In the evening, they have live music, and the atmosphere is just perfect! 🎶✨

If I could I would rate this place 6 stars We were only at the restaurant but it was so cheap I thought it would be terrible but it was so good it would worth 3* the price, The service was fast and the waitress was kind, the world needs more places like this

The food here is amazing – some of the best chicken bites, fries, and pizza I’ve ever tried! I had the chance to talk to the owner, who told me they only use fresh meat and quality ingredients. No frozen or pre-made products – everything is cooked on the spot. You can really tell by the taste. Highly recommended!

Cheap as chips, absolute bargain, wife had pork in a pickled sauce and chips, I had the full mixed grill, both meals came with a complimentary small beer, I also had another small beer, total bill came to 44.40 Bulgarian levi, £19.05 sterling, what an absolute gem of a place, even had live music 🎶

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach, we visit it every year. They have the best chicken and the band is playing some lovely music that everybody knows. And the staff is really helpful and looking after you. And the Host/owner is the most lovely lady she is the best. They are always happy to see you. It’s definitely a place you need to visit. This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us . It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

I went to the Bonita hotel in August with my family and some friends. Personally, this is the second time I choose this hotel, for several reasons: budget, the fact that it is located in a good area, close to the beach and shops. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and well thought out, but what really stood out was the food absolutely incredible! I went to hotel dunav last june. Rooms are big little bit wonky could be better. The location is good, big walking street within a kilometer. The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later. I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

Great hotel, big rooms, lots of sunbeds, Female dinningroom staff Don't speak, Never smile, Food warm not hot, Not enough fresh fruit, lobby area needs more seating area with tables. Not notices to say what's Entertainment on in the Hotel, Reception staff and Bar staff Not wearing Uniform's, One dinningroom staff kept going on her Mobile. No Saucers for your hot Cup.
