This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. Hotel located in perfect point of Golden Sands - near the beach, far from most crowded and noisy part of promenade but still offering many shops and other attractions. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

Room was very comfortable, location is amazing close to everything, atmosphere is on point, staff is amazing and helpful all the time, entertainment during the day is fantastic and food is more than delicious. The hotel is clean and in the good location. Th all-inclusive food is lower quality, but the end of the season is a complete disaster. Even when we had purchased a full day we were told that we had to leave the hotel by noon, without lunch or dinner(or flight was at 10pm). The trael agency didn't know about this either. The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

We were very pleased with our stay at iHotel. Sunny Beach itself is a worn-out concrete desert, but iHotel is truly an oasis. We particularly liked the lush courtyard. The restaurant balcony had a pleasant view. The pool area had many sun loungers and was a nice place to relax. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of the restaurant. This place is legendary. Everyone is so nice to you, helpful and really works to make your holiday as good as possible. The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality. I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. I'm glad I chose this...

All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . See video After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜 . The cleaning staff were miserable. They never even changed our towels or touch out the trash. The food was okay-sh, but not very good quality....

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands. My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco...

The hotel is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the food is excellent. There was a very large selection of food.
