Great place for family vacation. It is definitely not a four stars hotel, but its location in the forest, great beach nearby, good food makes it a good choice. The rooms are a little bit worn out, but are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are changed regularly. If you're looking for a fancy place it's not your thing. But if you're used to camping and outdoors i think you'll like it.

After spending our holiday there we can recommend this resort. It is little outdated and need fresh paint but in the nice location with lots of trees around and 2 minutes walk to the beach. We can only recommend this hotel! The quality of the food was just stunning (we especially loved all the different types of fish and whipping cream-based dishes!). High quality beverages in the bar. The hotel has a great location at an intersection, and it even has a bar and an open-air restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, just across the pedestrian bridge. The location is okay, 15 minutes from the airport, but a bit far from the city center.

The food was Bland. Sunny Beach was good place to relax. The people in Bulgaria are fine. Food and grocery are expensive! However, Hotel Shipka did not offer any night entertainment or excursions tours. The Shipka hotel was quiet and peaceful. I give Hotel Shipka only 3⭐.

Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel.. it has beaches nearby, it seems like a generally good placement for a hotel. But the bed sheets and pillows had hairs on them, decorative blanket even had some weird reddish spots on it... cabinet...

The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it. There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade. Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well). Everything is close by. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive. Recommended.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed. This hotel is not 4*. It doesnt offer anything extra, it has the bare minimum to be considered average all inclusive hotel. A lot of furniture is quite old and not very fresh. The hotel is ok close to the sea, but they allow pets on the beach and rooms and restaurant, some are barking hysterical, it's annoying when trying to relax on the beach.

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food. A big plus is the inside parking area.

I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Very nice for families so prepare yourself for being surrounded by screaming children most of the time. Beware the parking is 10 euro/day but they gave us a little discount for staying 10 days. Food is okay, even as a vegetarian i had plenty to eat. Nice entertainment during the evening.

A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons. Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

Not only was the property beautiful the staff was exceptional as well. The 24 hr room service was much appreciated. The front office staff was very accommodating to my needs.
