Varna was having an unusually warm weekend on Oct 1-2. When we got into our room (Room 601), it was an oven. I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. Room was what you pay for with decent views of the souring area and sometimes the sea depending on your room, however its beside the main road and can be very loud at times so earplugs is recommended. cleaners do well and are always near by. breakfast was sufficient and does the job but don’t expect nothing amazing. the staff are friendly. and the lobby and bar are sweet

Was here last week 14th - 21st may with my daughter, grandson & niece. We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back. The hotel has a great location at an intersection, and it even has a bar and an open-air restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, just across the pedestrian bridge. Great place for family vacation. It is definitely not a four stars hotel, but its location in the forest, great beach nearby, good food makes it a good choice. The rooms are a little bit worn out, but are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are changed regularly. If you're looking for a fancy place it's not your thing. But if you're used to camping and outdoors i think you'll like it.

Spent the weekend with my family. The new SPA is amazing - feels like the little brother of Grand Hotel Therme haha. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and so was the food. As overall it’s probably the best place to stay in Bansko for SPA and skiing.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it. There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. Nice rooms generously equipped with everything you will probably need. Downside for me was the perpetual party music. We initially had a room on the south side of the hotel facing a neighbouring hotel which had thumping bass and screaming guests until midnight. At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. We were kept awake until 6 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night thankfully it was closed after the Saturday night. I am shocked that others haven’t commented on this.

We very much enjoyed our laid-back stay at this beautiful hotel in Sozopol. Our room was beautiful with a terrific view of the harbor. Breakfast was very good and the location is great for many restaurants, shops, the beach, and a harbor cruise which we enjoyed. The hotel is ok close to the sea, but they allow pets on the beach and rooms and restaurant, some are barking hysterical, it's annoying when trying to relax on the beach.

Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed. Recommendation Every food is delicious. You can eat whatever you want. The beds are really comfortable and clean. I'd highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

This hotel is not 4*. It doesnt offer anything extra, it has the bare minimum to be considered average all inclusive hotel. A lot of furniture is quite old and not very fresh. I was disappointed mainly because the stay was quite expensive - about 5100€ for 10 days, as a family of four. The food was average, nothing very tasty, nothing bad, but pretty repetitive and the variety wasnt the best as well...

We lived the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed something like an iron they had it. The food was great. Tania one of the chefs was amazing, made us feel at home. Be back again to visit. We had great service at the bar too.

We're having an excellent time at Kamchia Park Hotel. Great place to spend your holidays for both families and couples. Very friendly staff, always smiling and very helpful with any questions (coming from a person who asks a lot of questions 😊). Very clean rooms and good diverse food. Fully recommend it!!

The food was excellent, they have a big range of food options and I loved it. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased at how big the pool is.

nice place for vacation. 5 minutes to beach. till beach you have many kinds of shops and restaurants. very nice balance of prices vs service. clear room, menu is fine.
