We are really touched by the staff who helped us because we had a punctured tyre. The car rental company will not change our car be ayse they are based in Sofia. Our home away from home. We have been coming to hotel Kristal since me and my brother were 10 years old. This summer we turned 26 and we are still amazed by the kindness of the staff, the clean spaces, the most delicious food and the fun activities provided. We enjoyed every single stay at this hotel. Me and my brother have been coming to hotel Kristal since we were 10 years old with our grandparents. This year we turned 26 and we still chose to spend a splendid holiday with the exceptional staff at hotel Kristal. Excellent services, really clean areas, delicious food, an abundace of fun activities...what more could you ask for? Hotel Kristal will always be our home away from home.

For me and my family, the whole stay was a wonderful experience. We spent a few days there and everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was always kind and helpful, and the animation team made our time even more enjoyable. The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming, and we truly felt relaxed during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel, and overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but that was more thanks to the resort itself rather than the hotel. The sea was quite far away, the food didn’t suit everyone in my family, and the air conditioner and fridge in our room didn’t work. The reception girls were nice and polite, always helping as much as they could. The pool was good, but I didn’t like that smoking was allowed...

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY...

A nice waterpark. But they are not organised. No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. There is also a very nice outdoor playground and entertainers for children. Very good price-quality ratio!
