We are really touched by the staff who helped us because we had a punctured tyre. The car rental company will not change our car be ayse they are based in Sofia. There is no spare tyre and no proper gear. If not for Hristiyan, we would not be able to drive the car at all. Me and my brother have been coming to hotel Kristal since we were 10 years old with our grandparents. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. A nice waterpark. But they are not organised. No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. There is also a very nice outdoor playground and entertainers for children. Very good price-quality ratio!

Great hotel but in the wrong place. We were informed some facilities would not be available as the season was coming to an end.We had a excellent welcome by reception staff given a good good pack as we had arrived late.We were shown to our room within 10 mins of arriving. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Special thanks to Sofia from the reception for her kindness and for allowing us a late check out - it made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted a quiet week away for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! Very peaceful and quiet. Situated on the beach and a couple of supermarkets nearby. We asked for a late checkout and Tanya and Sofia were happy to accommodate us, thank you and keep smiling!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I note that I am not a demanding person. 1. apartment is spacious and functional, it has two terraces 2. towels and toilet paper are changed daily, garbage is taken out, there are no bugs, not even mosquitoes. 3. the food is varied, there is enough for everyone, the dishes are clean, sometimes wet because they don't have time to dry...

Good location, close to the sea. The food was really good dispite the previous reviews. Clean room, nice sea-view if you chose the sea-view room. As a minus was the missing wi-fi... didn't bother me so much. Overall a place where I can chose to stay again in the future. Thanks PomorieSun 👌

Perfect location with good services. Only for the bar restaurant in front of the hotel I didn't like its kitchen.
