Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel. The Nessebar ferry leaves from the hotels beach but none of the reception staff knew or would say how to get to the jetty or the price of it even though they advertise the ferry within...

Nice place, nice people but not the best food

Well, First to start is it a 5star hotel, but I'll give 4 because: - gym and spa center was charged (despite that initially in the offer was included in all-inclusive - I can comment on hygiene - Cutlery and crockery wasn't washed properly Otherwise - food and staff were amazing

Very nice hotel close to airport

The roads around the hotel were steep, which made walking difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Even though I only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep, this was the hotel with the best-smelling bed sheets I’ve experienced so far. It really left a great impression on me. The only issue was waiting a bit too long during check-out. But I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It must be a new hotel. The facilities are also new. It is very convenient to be next to a supermarket. The front desk service is good. The check-out was two hours late on the last day. Thank you very much. I hope to come again in the future.

They don't clean the room every day, and even if they do, they don't change the towels. That's really not good.

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. One of the best hotels I've ever visited! The staff is kind and polite, there's a huge pool and a SPA centre and it offers great views of the sea and the rest of the resort! Although I was on my own, I didn’t feel alone , everybody was very welcome and I always had somebody that I can have a chat with. A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind. Also, the pizza at the beach restaurant was incredible! 🍕 I recommend the Capricciosa, but keep in mind the restaurant closes at 6:00 PM, so don’t miss it.
