Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

Staff are not smiley food is mostly cold and horrible however like how close it is to the shops and beach but staff could be more helpful.

I have to say, my family and I had an absolutely amazing holiday here. Staff were extremely accommodating, and super friendly. The reps went out if their way to always make us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to keep my 9 year old daughter entertained. This is one place I will definitely be going back to. Only for kids until 8 years old. Good for families with small kids. No waterpark / Only gonflabile sliders with water. Peoples form location do everything for you .

I recommend improving the conditions on the beache, a toilet is absolutely necessary there. Otherwise wonderful place!

This hotel is grand and newly renovated. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. The toiletries are Clarins, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. Highly recommended!

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

All our needs was in walking distance if not at the hotel! Breakfast was absolutely awesome with a wide range of foods to choose from!! We highly recommend Interhotel Sandanski!!
