The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later. I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Kuban hotel, the room was spotless and the pools and slides were great as described and fun when the weather allowed. Theres a good selection of all inclusive drinks 13hrs a day and no strict rules on limits or taking drinks to your room. Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost. There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am. I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories. It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

A resort which it's glorious times has behind, still can attract tourists by it's location and competitive prices. This was a girls trip. The apartment was clean and ready to receive guests. Easy to find, we found a parking spot every day. From towels to hair dryer, from cups to oven trays, everything was there. Acces to the pool was free. Everything was great, nothing bad to say. It’s a place that I happily recommend for my friends. We had a great time at this resort.

Great hotel. Great service! Top location near the river and right next to the big forest. Perfect view and surrounding. Quiet place, without any noise from anywhere. We where able to hear the birds singing and the water from river float. Clean and hot waters in every swimming pool and jacuzzi. We where there for 3 nights, and my kids loved it so much. Rooms are great, facilities are ok and clean, although if the hotel gets full I'm not sure how it will handle the guests (pools are crammed with about 20-25 people). Staff is polite. Very close to Velingrad south train station, but sadly with no safe passage for pedestrians - no sidewalk. Away from the city center, so plenty of fresh air. The only problem is the price, but.... sadly 5* doesn't mean...

The outdoor swimming pool was excellent. The food was anything special and the same every day.

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days
