We went off season so it was quiet. No promised entertainment. Rooms cleaned regularly, reasonable all inclusive drinks. Pool bar not open. Food edible but always lukewarm and fairly bland. Pork, chicken and fish every meal with good choice of salads. Great area as huge sandy beach but suspect it gets rammed later in the season. Regular bus service to Varna. Most desk staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 1 week in September 2025 and overall the experience was good. Facilities: Excellent. The rooms have a/c at no extra cost and rooms are large with the usual TV that we never turned on. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost. September is a very charming month to spend some days on the beach/pools and This Hotel offers all You need for a memorable vacation.

Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family.

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems...

I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories. Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Just came back from 10 night at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms are slightly dated but more than enough for what we needed. The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool.
