We stayed here for one night, about 20 minutes from Sofia Airport. The hotel offers parking and 24/7 reception, which was very convenient. The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. The rooms were too hot. We also chose this place for the EV charging, but when we arrived, there was a on diesel parked on the charger spot. The receptionist didn’t know who’s car was. He called us later when the car left.

Spent 9 days here. The place is good, the rooms are renovated and well-maintained. Breakfasts are the same every day, but they are good enought to feel full till lunch. The hotel is close to the city yet surprisingly quiet and very cozy. The parking was a huge convenience for us. Together with the attached restaurant it's a reasonable choice on the outskirts of Sofia. The bus 67 runs in front of the hote but it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit worn but everything is clean. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety.

It is a very nice hotel. My room was big and clean and I had a very nice view from my balcony, actually two balconies (180° view). The restaurant was very cozy and had a nice vibe .

Staff mostly friendly. Condition of hotel not great frankly, but then again the price was lower than some of those i compared with. But not that well maintained, and a few things could be better with a bit more effort on maintanance, etc.

This hotel is like an oyster. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's got everything you need. Nice reception, friendly staff, rooms basic but well designed. Facilities are in good working order, including airco and h/c water, even the mini bar is stocked. Just one critique: only one elevator.

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. Ordinary standard but very nice small hotel.

The hotel is located just several minutes away from the main train and bus stations. Rooms are large and double bed is huge. Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there...

Room was cozy with very comfort bed. I had working air conditioning. The TV had like 5 chanels but maybe it was only in my room. The wifi was fast. The receptionist was very kind. There had no noise at the night and place was very calm. I didn't like the location because I had job at the center but for price I paid this place was good.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything was great, but the beds were a bit old and the springs were uncomfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. You can easily walk to the center from its location. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would choose this hotel again if I were to go back.

The accommodation, although short, proved adequate; it was clean, and no one spoiled the atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the marketing technique they used to display the photos here on this website, which aren't 100% accurate.

Small boutique hotel not too far outside the city centre, 10-15 minutes walk away. Our room was small but looked new and are very clean, extremely comfortable bed. The lobby bar is a kind of a joke, 2 stools and a few bottles on shelves, nothing chilled. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and very friendly. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Honestly, giving it 3 stars is being generous. It's well-located in the center of Sofia, just a short walk from the Serdika metro station. The main issue is that the property is quite old, and it definitely shows. Overall, it was clean and quiet. For my two nights, it was fine.
