Good hotel for business trip, shopping nearby, easy parking, no need to go to center of the city.

The location is convenient and the service is good, but the hotel does not meet the four-star standard, and the rooms facing the road are relatively noisy.

Very nice rooms. I reserved a parking spot and it was outside in front of a bank. Paid same amount for parking as others that received underground parking. As a positive the breakfast has very good deserts. The negative is that the breakfast was very poor in quality and we also found hair on the plate.

Perfect location. Close to the Paradise Mall and other attractions. Easy to get a taxi if you need to go somewhere. Close to shops to buy food etc. make sure you try their hot chocolate at breakfast time and they can also borrow you an umbrella when needed if it rains and you have to go out. Situated in a quiet residential area (Lozenets), parking space on a nearby parking lot (5 mins). Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room was a bit cramped because of the placement of a useless fridge (making use of the couch impossible). We booked a studio for 1 night. The bathroom was really dirty - the bathtub was not cleaned and the jets and drain have probably never been deep cleaned, the toilet had poop stains - overall disgusting. The furniture was old and the chairs had dark stains. For 1 night it was okay-ish for an okay price but if I had to stay more and needed to use the shower, I don't know what I would've done.

Nice facilities, good landscape and fine general complex layout. The guy at the reception desk was not cheerful and yet unfriendly. Besides that, in general we enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t try the spa, hopefully next time. Open buffet food was okay. Pricing is decent and reasonable.

It is considered to be a better local characteristic hotel in Bulgaria. They upgraded our room for free, the breakfast was also good, and most importantly, the hotel service was also very good. If we encountered any difficulties, Ctrip was able to handle them in time.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. Sofia visit Very large comfortable room, very clean. Beautiful window and balcony with greenery. It was quite and pleasant. The staff was professional and very helpful. There is a paid parking (15 euro/24 hours) in front of the hotel, but we parked on the street - it is free during holidays. As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). Bath towels and shower gel provided. Mattress is quite hard, room was full of dust , no vacuum done. Room was hot as no ventilation and air conditioning for Winter periods.

This isn't our first time staying here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel. However, during our last visit, there were no face towels in the room, and the kitchen had very few appliances. There was a stove, but no pots or pans. It's a shame there wasn't a microwave.

A very nice 2(two) star hotel, not a 3 star hotel. Our room was small to the point that it was difficult for my wife to maneuver around the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower but without walls so that the whole bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower. Clean. Quiet. There is practically no service, that is, the room is not cleaned, towels are not changed, and soap and toiletries are not changed either. The facility is currently under renovation. There is no food in the hotel itself, but nearby (within 3-5 minutes' walk) there are many different cafes: from street eateries to cafes.

This a great place for your rest, since they have really wide range of options for saunas, pools, infrared sauna room and etc. The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty! One downside is that some of the saunas were not working which was odd since I going there like every other week, and some of them are not working more than a month. First time at Sophia and this is our hotel. Managed to get an awesome deal on a huge room with a great view and spa treatments included. All the sunas are working pretty great, the massage cost extra, but I didn't get the chance to try it. The only minus is that the gym and hot tub was under renovations. The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. There is free parking. The rooms were clean. We stayed on the 5th floor. It is very colorful with lots of graffiti art. But air the room well, the rooms are rather stuffy. If you can, stay on the second floor. The pillows are very thin so you might ask for extra pillows.

Dream hotel was perfect for our quick night in Zagreb! They were prompt and courteous with the airport shuffle, even with arriving at 1:30AM. It was a good experience and hotel is in close proximity to main walking street. Can walk to most of the city attractions from the hotel. I did use the metro to get to the hotel from airport and after that 3 days of walking to cover all the major attractions. I extended my stay and they booked me in the other part of their hotel for an extra night at a lower price.
