Convenient location, the next building across the road on the east side is the Changan shopping mall which provides great options for shopping and food. Excellent service, staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable.

Claustrophobic room design, the main room is way too small, and it has such a narrow entrance both to the room and to the bathroom. TV was down, there’re holes under the carpet. I stayed here for two nights and the hostess knocked the wrong door twice, there was nobody at the entrance helping with the luggages when I arrived and the check-in process took way too long. Not worth the price. I’ve stayed in almost all of the big branded hotels in this city. No comparison with other same-level hotels in Beijing.

The hotel facilities are complete and well-maintained, the environment is very clean, and the service attitude is excellent. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and parking. The surroundings are beautiful, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady at the front desk who spoke so gently. The location is absolutely fantastic – right across from the Capital Museum, and the subway station is super close, making it really easy to get around. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the core area of West Chang'an Avenue. It's directly opposite the Capital Museum and next to Chang'an Shopping Mall, making getting around very convenient. The price is also very cheap. However, for a five-star hotel, their service is truly disappointing. Firstly, there's no greeter at the entrance, and no service staff in the lobby. The front desk is slow to respond and quite dull when dealing with issues. All the staff have a poor sense of service, or rather, no service awareness at all. They avoid eye contact with guests and don't even offer a simple greeting! The swimming pool is like a big fish tank. If you're staying for the low price and great location, it's just about acceptable.

The staff were very attentive and arranged everything in advance as requested, which was great. Any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The location is super convenient, right next to Metro Line 1. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. She even upgraded our room, which was lovely. It's also really close to the Capital Museum, which was great. The pool temperature was perfect, and my kid had a blast swimming.

Our visit was super nice, we fell in love with Beijing! Next time I visit Beijing I’ll stay in this hotel again. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient, close to cultural sites and shopping centers. And our room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious (compared to many Chinese hotels). Also I liked the gym!
