After having to escape from one of the most terrible hotel in beijing, I felt like im back home in civilization again. Thank you.

Facilities: A bit old, but still pretty good. The pool is really nice, highly recommended. Hygiene: Very good, housekeeping was quick and polite. Ambiance: The environment is great, especially the executive lounge. Service: The service is professional and proper.

The customer relations team, Itziar and Shandy, provided excellent service. The room was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and I was extremely satisfied. The service was meticulous, and my overall experience was fantastic. It's a perfect spot for a staycation.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. The overall style is more traditional Chinese. Candy and Jessica at the executive lounge were very enthusiastic and professional. They thoughtfully contacted me the day before check-in to discuss my needs, and even upgraded my booked executive king room to an executive suite. They were also very quick to accommodate...

Every time I come to Kyoto, I book this hotel. It's quite convenient for transportation, as I can take the subway right downstairs. The hotel's hygiene is also pretty good, but now there are no more parking vouchers!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Mei Lanfang Grand Theater and a stone's throw from Chegongzhuang subway station, making transport incredibly convenient. The hotel decor is light luxury style, and the color scheme and materials are all very comfortable.

I chose to stay here for four nights because it's not far from the hospital. First, let's talk about the front desk staff. Their attitude was generally quite poor. On the first day, after checking in, I found some black stains on the bedsheets. I went to the front desk, and after watching the video, they said it wasn't a foreign object. When I asked to change rooms, the staff showed no apology, but...

This was my second stay here. The first time, they upgraded my room, which left a good impression, so I booked again. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but the bedside lamp seemed to have a loose connection; it kept flickering every time I turned it on, which hurt my eyes. The service is exceptional and warm. Every feedback was welcome and worked on. Appreciate the close attention and kind gestures by the hotel desk and hotel cleaning team. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Single room is great for solo travelers. Room is old but clean. Breakfast buffet serves typical northern chinese breakfast food, not a lot of selection but delicious.

The old Harbin Office in Beijing is too old-fashioned. I don't know why its business is so good. Not far away is the Yuetan Park. If you go there at night, the moon is really right above your head. It's magical. The Forbidden City is also not far away.

There are no hotels in this area that are less than 500, so the price/performance ratio of Keihin is really high. The decoration is old, but it is very clean and spacious. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows, but it is a little noisy along the road. The breakfast is OK! In short, the price/performance ratio is good! It deserves the three-star rating! 5 points for encouragement

This time I brought my mother to Fuwai Hospital for a physical examination. I stayed there for more than ten days and the overall feeling was great!!! The hotel facilities are very good, clean and sanitary, the front desk and room service are polite and warm, very friendly, and feel like home.

It is very close to Fuwai Hospital and 10 minutes from the subway station. The service is very good.

Large, clean room, very comfortable and at a reasonable price. The hotel is old, but still well-maintained. Good location with lots of local restaurants and easy access to the city center by taxi (I did not try public transport so cannot comment on that). 2 complimentary water bottles per day. This is my second time staying here. It is very close to Fuwai Hospital, just next door, which makes it very convenient to see a doctor and stay here. However, the facilities are a bit old, and I hope they can be more modern. The location is also OK if you want to go out for fun. Overall, it is good.
