We stayed here during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel's location is super convenient, saving us time and effort getting around to attractions. Our room was spotless and fresh, with excellent attention to hygiene details, and the bedding was so soft – we slept like babies. The hot water in the bathroom was powerful, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Even though it was a busy holiday, the front desk handled check-in efficiently without any delays, and their service was warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the amenities were comprehensive, including very convenient luggage storage. The hotel put a lot of effort into its holiday decorations, really capturing the Mid-Autumn and National Day spirit. To have such a good experience during peak season, with great value for money, is truly commendable!

I came here for a change of scenery during the Mid-Autumn Festival and stayed at this hotel – what a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, close to the subway, making it super convenient to hit up shopping districts and try out delicious food. The hotel ambiance is cozy; they had some lovely Mid-Autumn and National Day themed decorations, which my partner absolutely adored – we took so many photos. The room was meticulously cleaned, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new. The front desk staff were polite and easy to communicate with. There's a self-service laundry room, so you can wash your dirty clothes, and if you have time, you can even hit the gym. They offer a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the afternoon tea has a wonderful vibe, and they even provide late-night snacks, plus warm milk before bed. If you need anything, you can call a robot to deliver it to your room, which is very efficient, and the hotel can also accept courier deliveries for you. All these little details are so thoughtful, making it perfect for a short trip with your partner.

Taking advantage of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, I came to Shenzhen and chose the Intercity Hotel Huaqiangbei. The experience exceeded my expectations. The location is truly unbeatable – right downstairs is Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the electronics market in Huaqiangbei and enjoy some local Hong Kong-style cafes. The front desk service was very thoughtful; check-in was quick, and they even proactively suggested local attractions and routes. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep even in a bustling area. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety of options, providing plenty of energy to start the holiday. Choosing this hotel for our double-holiday trip was a great decision; it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The hotel is conveniently located at Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station, just across the street from Huaqiangbei! The lobby is clean and bright, and check-in was very quick. Any requests made to the front desk are handled promptly. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, but otherwise, everything else is good.

The staff is exceptionally professional. Great mention to Mr Xu at the reception counter, who went out of his way to make our stay a great one. The room is big and spacious. However, it will be better if the housekeeping changes the bedsheets and quilt cover daily. There wasn’t any tag that we can put on the bed to notify them about the changing of bedsheets. Location is convenient, just opposite Huaqiangbei. Great breakfast spread too.
