The room was amazing The receptionist was super friendly speaking very good English for us Very nice dinner at the pool side restaurant & the rum was great as well

Rooms sometimes need maintenance, twice we had similar experience. Staff is really good and the pool is quite nice. Good overnight hotel. Be sure to reserve through their online site, better prices.

This has been my go to hotel for Santo Domingo for years. It’s perfectly priced and in a safe location. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Had to call room service for repairs, towels (which were pretty old) and blankets (they did address the issues in a promptly manner, however, I don’t want to deal with issues while vacationing)

The Hotel is Amazing!! Location is the best close to everything is downtown Santo Domingo, safe área too

The location is a bit far front the touristic colonial zone and you will need to take an uber or taxi which will cost you between 7-10 dollars

Loud and noisy during the night. The room was substandard, the toilet did not work properly, the air did not work when heat mode was needed

The room they don’t have any flights and the bathroom in the shower. Need to be a upgrade.

I loved the spa!! They have a variety of services, I got a full body massage, facial and braids later towards the end of my stay

The resort was beautiful and very clean. I don't feel I capitalized on all they had to offer. There was so much to do on the resort and it was very secure. It required everyone to check in at the gate via security

We got the swim out room I loved the privacy we got when we didn’t want to be in the main pool. The food was rarely ever hot which made the taste of it subpar. Diamond club you get room service which was nice

Something important to know about the property is the Royalton Resorts are all bunched up together, and Hideaway is simply one specific building with its own pool and bar, and also access to a restaurant for Hideaway guests only

Clean room nice staff i only ate at the buffet but the food was very good i just wish breakfast options were different bar was good drinks were good and strong i love the key card waterproof bracelet they give you to access your room water park was awesome the only thing is check in is at exactly 3 so cant check in and freshen up have to walk around the resort until 3

We’re just at the end of a two week vacation and have had a great time. William and his team are absolutely brilliant. William runs the pool bar and gave us a warm welcome and always greeted us with a smile

William and Rosa and Larry and everyone at the pool bar will make you feel like family. William remembered our names, our drinks and really made us feel like we had a friend to see everyday

The sauna and spa services are also charged separately, so keep that in mind when planning your budget. One tip: bring your own insulated cups to use at the pool bars to avoid the plastic cups

The historic Colonial Zone hotel has a great staff, Quirico & Barbara, to name a few, but they were all very kind and professional. Their amenities and rooms were excellent and clean

But the best part is that you just have to walk three short blocks to right from the front of the hotel, and two blocks up and you will be smack in the middle of Parque Cristóbal!

They are now working on expanding the pool and the building, so in the future, it will be much better it's close to a nice beach and has a restaurant on the property and in the area

When locals arrive there’s no more peace and quiet, they take glass bottles to the pool putting in danger everybody else. They also turn on loud speakers with no regard to other guests

Food is great, but pool should be cleaned more often, it always had lots of debris, insects and dirtiness, it had a strong chlorine smell

I had to park on the street next to a plie of dirt higher than my SUV. One couldn't even get a drink poolside.

The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Across the road is a shopping and restaurant area. A good variety of food for breakfast with a small swimming pool. It comes with my recommendation

Check-in was smooth and efficient, though I was a bit disappointed that the reception staff did not offer a warm welcome or acknowledge my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite status, which would have added a more personalized touch to the experience

One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its convenient location, just a few minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, with complimentary transportation provided to and from the airport, which made arrival and departure very easy

It was well equipped with the necessary amenities; however, the absence of a mini fridge was noticeable and would have been a helpful addition

Overall, Four Points by Sheraton Punta Cana is a comfortable and convenient option, especially for short stays or airport-area accommodations

I never had warm water let alone hot, Morning evening late night, no variation and temperature. Every fixture is corroded and has Hardin water in it and on it

The same gurgling in bubbling exist, making me use the public pressure toilet in the main lobby is opposed to using the one in my room for future deposits
