We had a fantastic stay, thanks to staff from Movenpick Water Park Resort, our room was quiet, modern, clean, excellent service, drinks and food menu. The best dinner we had was at Mongolian restaurant

Visit 2nd time and looking for the 3rd time next year also with my friends family ! I see many improvements from last year such a WIFI connection on the Beach and Aquapark, new clinic, new shops in the arcade, ice cream zone for Kids also Animation team much better, big thanks to Natalia which both my Kids love from the First sight Staff excelent and really hardworking ‼️ so they deserve the tips...

The environment is very good, but the Egyptian waiter in a restaurant is extremely stupid, speaking bad things about mainland China in front of *********. Haha, does the quality of the hotel staff need to be improved? ?

Everything was amazing. Chinese and Italian restaurant was great.Aqua park and water slides was perfect. Animation team was funny and friendly 🤣

We had ordered a trip to Luxor with another Company, but maybe better to have ordered it by the hotell. The hotell was clean and nice, also big rooms. Only thing is that the beds and pillows was a bit hard

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel, I usually don’t book all inclusive hotels because I like to explore and usually don’t spend much time in the hotel

The hotel includes three meals and free drinks, and the double-side sea view room is less than 500 yuan per night, focusing on cost-effectiveness

All meals are included, there are plenty of entertainment facilities, the beach is nice, there are many types of food, but the quality is very ordinary. Maybe I'm used to the good life in China...

The servers all were kind and helpful but I want to give a special thanks to Emad one of the servers in the buffet as he was very kind and made sure we were taken care of at all times! Besides there being no wifi in the rooms everything else about this hotel is top notch and I would book here again! Thank you everyone!

It's a very clean hotel and you'll definitely be satisfied with the food and staff. The value for money is very good. I don't think there are many Japanese people staying here, but I would recommend this hotel.

We had spent 4 days at Hawai paradise. When we booked it was 5 star hotel but after confirming the booking it became a 4 star one but we came nevertheless. The food was terrible specially the Indian restaurant

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

The overall environment of the hotel is good, but I don’t like the cement decoration style of the room, and there is a strong smell of cement!

The ocean view room was beautiful, the room was new and very clean, the front desk staff were great, the breakfast was especially plentiful, the juice was delicious, all freshly squeezed, and the food and beverage manager really valued the guest experience, checking in on us every day

Except for the construction area, everything else is quite satisfactory. The snorkeling on the boardwalk is really great and the corals are beautiful

But the facilities in Sombay are not very good and there is nothing to eat

We chose a sunset boat trip for 10,500 Egyptian pounds for two hours and caught over a dozen fish! The kitchen can prepare two different dishes for 300 Egyptian pounds! It was such a wonderful experience that I didn't care about the renovation noise at that moment

Best thing that I enjoyed is that it is a very big compound with lots of restaurants and swimming pools and if you chose the all inclusive you could eat and swim anywhere you wanted at the compound

I spent every day at the beach as it was so nice, the lifeguards here were also so lovely to me and would put my towel on the sunbeds every morning for me and the two bar men would bring drinks all day, amazing! The food is really nice here, was shocked how nice it was

The Italian is excellent and the waitress called Yasmin couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Pools are cold but refreshing. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas so never struggled to get one

The Staff working in the hotel were amazing, But of course the brightest star in the hotel is Remon ❤️ He takes such care of the guests that I believe he is the reason why so many people return to this hotel, or like me, look for similar service in other hotels of the Amarina chain
