Exceptional Stay – Truly Inclusive Hospitality. My stay at JAZ Soma Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish

From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home

We were also kindly allowed a late checkout, which made our departure relaxed and stress-free: a gesture that truly reflects excellent hospitality

They celebrated my anneversary without notification or request but only they have it in the records when I stayed there 2 years ago

Room is always maintained and cleaned daily! There is such a variety of food and drinks, there is something for everyone and for every age

We got there quite late at night, but the staff still welcomed us with a smile and offered us dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey

A special mention to the restaurant team: Ahmed Anas, Ahmed Fawzy, Ibrahim (“Miam Miam”), Abanoub, the manager Mohamed, and of course the talented chefs. They made us feel at home every single day

We stayed at the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna for 9 nights (10 days) with my wife and our little boy, Leo — and it was truly an unforgettable family vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

The city center is very close, and you can easily get there on foot or by tuk-tuk for about 50 pounds, which is super convenient. Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish

Also, huge thanks to the lifeguards: Mossad, who played football with Leo; Tarek, who built pyramids in the sand with him; and Mohamed, all of them always there when we needed help

Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious

Lunch is better than breakfast. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous

The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

I do think the comparison is unfair, as Western guests often tip for even a single drink. Environment: It's located above Hilton and Marriott, close to the ferry terminal and within easy reach of city dining

Service: I didn't particularly notice staff being more enthusiastic towards Westerners and ignoring Chinese guests. Everyone was very friendly and greeted us warmly, and service was quick

The customer service is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Mina and the Guy from the rightest shop near the pool bar - moreover the prices here are really fine

Unlike in many other areas of Egypt, there’s no pressure to leave tips - which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and genuine. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned daily

Enormous Resort and offers all the amenities condensed in 1 Street 😆. it’s like a city community, reminiscent of a large social housing project in a Soviet Union

Everything was tidy and well-maintained. The food was amazing - lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and really satisfying meals

The resort is quiet only at midnight when everything closes down. Socialising and integrating with diverse communities is a key part of its services

The guy in the supermarket is really nice and will offer you drinks but will give you 10x the price so check the prices before you enter the shop

Caves Resort was perfect for our couples holiday in the sun. Described as quirky and fun with a Flintstones prehistoric vibe turned up to 10. The bedrooms are cave themed but with all mod cons

Manuel at the bar also provided fantastic service—drinks were always stocked, and the toasties were a great snack. Dining: • Main Restaurant: Very clean with fast service

The pastries are a must-try! • Specialty Dining: The Pebbles Asian restaurant was amazing (food cooked right in front of us), and the fish grill at Bam Bam was delicious

The service was excellent especially the food with lots of variety and made for taste. The staff were superb and polite. Only negative was the music and entertainment

• Lunch: The burgers and chips at Betty’s Bar are highly recommended. A few notes for travelers: The entertainment area is a bit dated and fills up fast; if you aren't early, you'll be sitting on sun loungers

The grounds are large and beautiful. I want to mention the best estimation of the animator Irina, very nice and friendly people. Also the lobby bar has a great bartender who makes fine cocktails

Coral beach is a beautiful holiday for anyone looking for a relaxing time with lots of selection's of food's and cakes to choose from. The staff are so lovely you just have to love them

The hotel is all-inclusive, which is convenient. There are almost no Asians in the hotel. The facilities are old, but the environment is nice, and there's a snorkeling pier

very quiet loads of space and sunbeds. Staff in the restaurant, bars, pools and gardens are very helpful. There's adult only swimming pool and beach area but no restaurant at present as this is being renovated

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel

But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. Things that should have been in the room were replenished

I can't mention everyone by name, but it was wonderful to meet you all. We ate breakfast and lunch at the beach restaurant most of the time

Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink

There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

If you travel solo, it is a bit far from the main attractions and there is not too much traffic and a large selection of restaurants, shops, and other things nearby, but for couples and families who want to relax it is a very nice place

An Unforgettable Stay at Marlin Inn beach resort I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marlin Azur Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations

You will find a lot of shops, local restaurants with a big vatiety of local food: fish, lamb, camel, cow, froot bars, locaal icecream, and amazing sweets

Yara, I always played soccer and catch-up with our youngest, whether it was morning or evening! And her chants just turn her on or dance on! Nastyushka is just a super smiling girl, easy and sociable! Shamal is a cool guy who is a perfect dancer and will teach you how to dance anywhere with any mood! And what a life-size doll show it was, not only children, but also adults screamed with joy! The animators...

Food is great, drinks are served in normal glasses. Beach is wide, huge, clean and with enough sun shades. Its a windy place if you hate wind, dont go. During day you must walk to a swimming point

There are three main restaurants serving three buffet meals per day with a daily changing selection and multiple bars which all offer truly outstanding service, fit for any 5* experience

The Aqua Blu is a very child friendly hotel, part of a three hotel compound. You can walk to the Aqua Vista and Aqua Park Hotels within minutes with access to their pools and restaurants

There's also an all day snack bar catering to the pool areas as well as a bakery and dessert venue with a Barista for fresh coffee drinks

I couldn’t fault the holiday we had at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food was by far the best we have experienced in out 3 trips to Egypt so far
