Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked in. We asked for it to be cleaned, and it was done the same day. The sheets and towels were clean. The room was very small, with no room to stow suitcases (except in the hallway), the closet was small, and there were no hangers. The grout on the tiles throughout the room was dirty, and you had to slam the bathroom door several times to close it, possibly because it had swelled from moisture. The door frame on the bathroom side had also swelled from moisture. The shower has no door, which is likely why everything was swollen. The WiFi only works near the door and in the bathroom. When we checked in, we weren't told anything about cleaning the room. It hadn't been cleaned for three days, so we went to reception to confirm. Apparently, you have to ask for it to be cleaned every time. They should have mentioned this when we checked in, but no one did. Zavtraki sytnye, no za 7 dney raznoobraziya pochti nikakogo ne bylo.
The rooms have a kettle, refrigerator, and air conditioning. After the rain, they even put a dryer in the room. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful if you want them. The dining room is on the top floor with a great view.
We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!
Some guests arriving at night were very noisy on stairways. Luckily they didn't stay on the same floor.
The breakfast is delicious and the view from the terrace is great for breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel.
