Apartment is very nice. It has washing machine, it was clean, and view was perfect. In addition, the location was just perfect for us.
The only problem that i had is we have to check out at 12 pm and my trip was at 6 pm.
I asked reception and the owner of the apartment if the is a place to keep my bag and unfortunately there was no place to get help. No late check out or reception to put bag.
Apparently Its an apartment not related to the reception.

The apartment we rented is located in Beach Towers on the 23rd floor. The balcony offers a stunning view of the sea! The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes toiletries, towels, a dishcloth and sponge, an ironing board and hangers, two air conditioners, a TV, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, and dishes.
We loved everything about it and highly recommend it.

Wonderful apartments for a holiday. The views of the sea and the waterfront are magnificent. Overall, Georgia leaves a very pleasant impression. The country is developing, you feel at peace here, and the people are very friendly.

Great short-term rental apartments. Exceptionally clean rooms with modern decor. Fantastic view over the park and the pier with wonderful sunsets. Very close to the Mall for the supermarket and discount shops and very close to Eclipse Casino and the restaurant/outdoor pool and evening shows. Great place to hire the bikes or to wander 3km down to the modern end of town along the promenade. Great service and no problems checking in or out. Please not that the bottom of the building is still under construction, so the curb appeal is not great, but the lobby and the inside of the hotels is renovated and modern. No problems with the sound of construction early/late.
