This hotel is such a gem in Batumi! The people working here are amazing, the spaces are spotless, and the cozy breakfast café serves a truly delicious breakfast. The location is perfect — right next to a lovely park with a pond, very close to the old town, and surrounded by plenty of fruit and veggie shops, restaurants, and cafés. A wonderful place to stay!
Nice hotel, friendly staff, responded to all our requests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient. Central location and relatively close to everywhere. The hotel has three floors, no elevator.

The hotel is new, the room is quite large. The food is excellent. The Wi-Fi works with four channels, but not all floors have a password. The room does not have an electric kettle, microwave, or kitchen utensils. The TV only has one channel, which is better than others.

The Hotel is very clean and close to the local bus station where long distance buses depart. That's why we chose to stay here. The owner is very nice and the facilities were good. There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town
So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.
