The experience is fantstic, all these buildings (3) have the fantastic view of mountain on one side and black sea on the other side. These apartments are equipped with modern facilities & amenities and when you do rent them make sure you return the apartment key in the same manner as you dont want to be paying for expensive furnishings or marbles due to accidental damage.

The hotel is located in the center of Khulo, banks, pharmacies, transport and other necessities for a pleasant vacation are easily accessible⭐️ From the balconies of the rooms there is a breathtaking and picturesque panorama of misty mountains 🌲🌱 I especially want to mention the hospitality of the hosts and delicious cuisine with a variety of traditional dishes 🥘🍲

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos. You can trust the owners - they a good and attentive people. Beach, Batumi are easy accessible with both public transport or affordable taxi services.

Arriving by bicycle. I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts. (new restaurant opening in a week's time 4 July 2024)

My family was traveling to Georgia for the first time and we picked this hotel based on the recommendations of our friends. It is an incredible place to stay! I want to mention that the staff is friendly, caring and supportive. Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally...

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Great budget hotel. Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. You can play table tennis and basketball at the hotel. Across the road, 70 m, there is a good beach, clear sea. There is also a children's playground, a supermarket and a very good restaurant near the hotel.

Table tennis, free WiFi on each of four floors and in the garden and dining room, filling breakfasts( oats or buckwheat or pasta, eggs, butter, pastry, tea, coffee, cucumbers and tomatoes, carrots, sausages, cheese...

Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!

We had a family vacation; it was a great place, everything worked. We ran into a problem with the lock, but it was resolved very quickly. The house is on the second line, but there's direct access to the sea through the first line.

The place is excellent 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Very close to the sea, anyone who loves the sea and the beach will enjoy it. The main entrance is from the back street, it's good, it's not crowded. And there's a private parking space for your car, and the street that leads to the sea is a footpath that takes you to the other street. The service is very excellent and interactive all the time. I totally disagree with (Richard Bellman), it's normal for any building projects under constructions to be dusty at the first phases!! But now, the outcome is gorgeous! All clean and well constructed. You must go there and see those villas from inside & outside. I liked the classy neighborhood as well.

I recommend the Smak Hotel in Kobuleti. The host, Gochi, is incredibly welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TVs (in every room), and very fast internet. It's just 5 minutes from the sea. I definitely recommend the Smak Hotel for a family vacation!

A small guesthouse close to the sea, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The owner met us at the train station with fruit and wine as a welcome gift. The room is simple, but has everything you need. The only downside is the shower isn't a separate cubicle, just a drain in the restroom, and the floor is often wet and takes a long time to dry. But the price/quality ratio is excellent.
