The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size. Check out time is 11:00 am (. Nice view from the roof 👍🏻

For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.

I m just taking away 1 star because the room provided had twin beds when the pictures on the booking.com website shows a double bed in the room booked. Generally a nice place. Location is perfect. Breakfast, even in low season, is good. Single rooms miss proper ventilation sorely, they become too moist after taking a shower. Bathrooms are large and comfortable.
