Really good hotel with a little cafe on the first floor, I was on 4th floor so view was most beautiful ever ! Sea was 5-8 minutes walking, pharmacy is 10 minutes walking... And market is in the middle of those ways .... Loved it

Well in the room I am balcony does wont even close fridge door is damaged you could literally took that off of fridge tv is miserably small.

Room was decent but with the view of neighboring windows really close. There were clean towels and bed. AC and fridge were working fine. Breakfast was so terrible. Bread was always 1-2 days old. Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food.

Excellent hotel! Employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my keycard in the room twice and they were very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and served until later in the morning in case you like to sleep in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!

I was personally with my wife. Accepted like family. Stayed 3 weeks and did not regret it a bit. 10 min. by minibus from Batumi, 20 to Kabuleti. 150m to a nice beach.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. I m just taking away 1 star because the room provided had twin beds when the pictures on the booking.com website shows a double bed in the room booked. She want to go home earlier than my arrival time 2230pm. Wifi password in airbnb was not right. Later she gave me password.
