Batumi is a beautiful city and well worth visiting, and Hotel Old Town was way above and beyond our expectations. We stayed one night there and the location is good. You can walk from hotel to popular places like Ali Nino statue and alphabet tower. You enjoy pubs, small cafes near the hotel. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast was fine but not tasty for me.

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly.
