Breakfast doesn’t have much options.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Excellent hotel for reasonable money

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner. He welcomed us helped us and made our stay so convenient.

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose...

Big problems with water and noise from the street. Nice bed. But there is no remote control from the TV. I don't recommend it

View from the window, great breakfast but few steps away in other hotel

This is mid-size hotel in Batumi. Location is a bit outside of Batumi city center. Near the beach. Surrounding with several restaurants. There is shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s large size. The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. The hotel is beautiful and it is located close to the public beach. it takes few minutes to go there, but you should across a boulevard and it might be dangerous for some people. The room was clean and comfortable, but the room service was not good at all, you should go to the reception to ask what you need, as they didn't answer their phone, and after that it was taking time to get your requisition...

Spent four nights at this hotel. Room was quite big . Consisted of a living room and a double bed room .Air condition was located in the "living room" . There was also a little terrace in which the engine of the A/C was located so it was not covinient. There was no lights beside beds and there was a problem with the shower pipe which was fixed later. Also the frige did not work and had to be replaced...

Perfect location. Owner is very friendly and helped a lot assisted with additional stuff.

All the points are because of location. It is really perfect - 5 min to the beach, alphabet tower, 3 min to piazza and all the restaurants. But the place itself reminds the students' dormitory. The balcony is so tiny that you can forget about cozy evenings with glass of wine for two of you there.

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

Nice hotel nearby main Batumi sigts. Sea is in a walking distance. Big terrace is available in a roof of the hotel. For breakfast there are variety of foods, vegetables, fruits. Staff speaks Russian and English. Rooms are wide and bright, have everything you need.

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

I'm my opinion this place is a hidden gem the rooms where ok but not that much of a view the service was 10/10 they helped us and told us about good place to go , the location is basically in the downtown of batumi your close to a mall and you got a supermarket beside the hotel but the streets are a bit trashy

Unfortunately the stay at the Admiral in Batumi didn't really meet my expectations. We had no coffee in our room, asked a few times, gave up eventually. The hairdryer wasn't working at all. The Restaurant and service there was really good.
