Great family-owned hotel. Stayed here for 1 night. Everything was lovely and friendly. Because it is owned and managed by family all staff treat you personally. Rooms are fresh and clean with all stuff that you need inside. Breakfast was nice with a few options. Territory is not big. Parking is free on-site. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels, stuff is very friendly, breakfast is almost same for 4 days and hot things have been getting cold at the table qithout special heating containers. nice pool,good quiet location

I recommend the Smak Hotel in Kobuleti. The host, Gochi, is incredibly welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TVs (in every room), and very fast internet. It's just 5 minutes from the sea. I definitely recommend the Smak Hotel for a family vacation!

A small guesthouse close to the sea, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The owner met us at the train station with fruit and wine as a welcome gift. The room is simple, but has everything you need. The only downside is the shower isn't a separate cubicle, just a drain in the restroom, and the floor is often wet and takes a long time to dry. But the price/quality ratio is excellent.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Excellent hotel for reasonable money

Had a wonderful tasty meal. Meal portions are impressive. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing, the waitstaff is excellent and very attentive. I had a great time, and will definitely be coming back.

Restaurant is astonishing! I really loved the food, each dish I tasted had a quality! And the tea was surprisingly nice - I tried the strawberry and mint one and it had a natural sweetness. Service is also great and the decorative part is another subject - it seems that the owner put an effort on every small detail. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the food and service at Level Up. During our stay in Kobuleti, we visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed both dinners a lot. The beef stew as well as the Barbecue options were particularly outstanding. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and a beautiful interior design.

Perfect location. Owner is very friendly and helped a lot assisted with additional stuff.

All the points are because of location. It is really perfect - 5 min to the beach, alphabet tower, 3 min to piazza and all the restaurants. But the place itself reminds the students' dormitory. The balcony is so tiny that you can forget about cozy evenings with glass of wine for two of you there.

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

Nice hotel nearby main Batumi sigts. Sea is in a walking distance. Big terrace is available in a roof of the hotel. For breakfast there are variety of foods, vegetables, fruits. Staff speaks Russian and English. Rooms are wide and bright, have everything you need.

The hotel is good, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast, although monotonous, is a fairly full buffet. It is a bit far from the sea, walking is not an option, but there is a convenient transfer. The remoteness has its own highlight, the most beautiful view from the hotel.

Rooms are nice, staff is like everywhere else in Georgia without a smile, the hotel has zero ambiance. It's very clinical same with the bar, not inviting at all.

Unfortunately the stay at the Admiral in Batumi didn't really meet my expectations. We had no coffee in our room, asked a few times, gave up eventually. The hairdryer wasn't working at all. The Restaurant and service there was really good.
