The hotel is good, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast, although monotonous, is a fairly full buffet. It is a bit far from the sea, walking is not an option, but there is a convenient transfer. The remoteness has its own highlight, the most beautiful view from the hotel.

Hotel is fine which was irrelevant - sea is 30 min away by foot and stray dogs are trying to attack you the whole way. Don't even think w/o car.

We searched for something out of Batumi and found this lovely place! It was little bit harsch to get up but after we arrived, saw the open restaurant, saw the pool with the view on the sea…incredible!

The best hotel in the village of Kvariati in Georgia. The water on the beach is very clean, which cannot be said about Batumi !! The hotel has its own restaurant by the sea. The menu is national. The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.

The decor is so pretty and classy that it's a pleasure to just walk in the room, and yet everything is pretty sturdy and kid-friendly. The cleanliness and room comfort are excellent. This is a true value-for-money hotel. I've stayed in many hotels for the same or even higher prices. It offers excellent breakfast and a perfect location. The beds are soft and comfortable, and there's also the advantage of a balcony. There's complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the fridge. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

Memory hotel in Batumi is located in a Turkish mahalla. Nearby there are Georgian and Turkish restaurants. Also 200 meters from the hotel there is a store Lc Waikiki, which is very convenient for buying things. Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino, cable car - all within walking distance. The hotel staff is not particularly disturbing. I recommend.

It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel.
