Everything was great: the personnel, the rooms, the location. BUT the flashing illumination on the facade of the opposite building is nuts! The person who had the idea to install it has to be fired. The flashing light is so irritating. The curtains do not protect you at all. It makes it all look like a cheap Luna park. Terrible.

Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Visited for lunch with group of friends. We were greeted by a lovely chef Denis who couldn’t be more helpful. Food was freshly cooked and delicious, great authentic Georgian experience! The staff spoke limited English but it wasn’t a problem at all. Would recommend!

Nice rooms, recently renovated. Stayed here twice. Once with a friend when I was traveling and another time by myself. For the price it's clean, has good internet, smart TVs, very good AC and a balcony. Good location also with lots around. Will stay again!

I really liked everything. Excellent value for money. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which, in my opinion, is more than compensated for by the location in the old town.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner. He welcomed us helped us and made our stay so convenient.

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. We loved everything! We stayed there in 2022 for almost two weeks, and we became close with the hostess! Now it's 2023, and we're back! We love it even more!!! 5+++++++!!!!!!! Update: we were there in 2024 and 2025. We still love it!!!

A very average place to sleep. Clean but bad neighborhood. Stayed only one night for 7$.

We lived here nelely. Paid a penny, although the conditions were not luxury. But this did not bother me much, since we only spent the night here. The owners are just super, hospitable, helpful, kind. I just left this morning, and by evening I miss. So used to them in a week. I hope to return to Batumi and specifically to the Palma 1-1 hotel

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, in the old town, close to the singing fountains alley and the promenade. It's clean, with white linens, and an excellent, tasty breakfast. The beds are comfortable. On the downside, the shower drain wasn't working. After a shower, the entire bathroom and toilet were ankle-deep in water.
