Great service. The reception guy, Sandro , goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Big rooms, very clean. Only 1 elevator though.

I stayed at splinded 3 nights, which was so nice. Service is great, staffed are nice, so hospitable, and honest. A staff who’s name is Shota has helped me to know more about the city and the country, he was great. The neighbourhood is quiet, near to most of the shops you need.

An excellent new hotel in Tbilisi. A stunning view of Mount Mtatsminda. Delicious restaurants and good service. The pool is small, and during festivals it gets very crowded, so there's not enough room for everyone. This is something to keep in mind when traveling. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

Place is ok The rooms are a decent size, the breakfast is very adequate with a good choice of veg and non veg options. Our room was quite large The only thing is the curtains are not black out, so if you wake up because of the light it may be an Issue in summer And the toilet needed fixing as the whole thing moved every time we sat on it.. it wasn’t stuck down properly. Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights--prepaid by our tour company. The hotel says 3-star, it isn't. Maybe a 2-star. The personnel are great, wanting to help. The rooms are very small, cramped. Two adults with two suitcases need to be very nimble to navigate the room safely. The location is in the 'Old City' that is the place you want to stay, just in another hotel.

Nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Wifi is good, plug sockets on each side and a quiet AC unit. Good location for walking down into the centre (takes 5-10 minutes) with lots of bars and restaurants near.

Visited this place just for its swimming pool. The one on the terrace is quite good - not noisy, convenient for sunbathing and the staff is friendly. Cocktails are a bit overpriced and weak though, as one would expect in such establishments.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. These are apartments converted into hotel. But it was difficult to find any signboard outside to understand the location. ACs were not functioning at all. Bed was also not in good condition and it seems that springs were broken. However, response from the hotel was really quick. They were ready to help.
