A truly special place in Lenggries. A very friendly welcome and a harmonious atmosphere. You feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning, whether checking in with Marianna, relaxing in the spa with Katja, or enjoying dinner. The staff is fantastic. The hotel felt quite new, and the room was spacious and beautiful! I loved it! There's also a supermarket right across the street. There was no kettle in the room, but the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful when I wanted to make instant noodles!

Although the Arabella is showing its age, it still has style. While there were minor issues with repairs, overall we were satisfied. The fact that this house is being renovated this fall is a testament to its class.

Had a lovely stay at The Fleming's. Arrived 2 hours before check in time, but the helpful staff still gave us our room. On our final day we had to get up early to get to the airport and again the helpful staff allowed us into breakfast early so we could eat before departing. This place is right on the way to the Rhine Falls. It can be used as a transit accommodation on the way to the Rhine Falls. There is a parking lot, which is quite large, and the breakfast is very rich.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a green and quiet area. There are groceries and cafes all around. Different kinds of city transport are also easy available. The room is neat and clean. There is no tea or coffee. It will be my choice next time in Munich.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The walls seem to be extremely thin – you could hear every sound from the next room as if it were happening in your own. A restful sleep was virtually impossible. The cleanliness also left much to be desired: hair in the bed – absolutely unacceptable.

There were 12 of us traveling: two adults as chaperones and 10 teenagers aged 14 to 16. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The amenities are also good for the price. Some rooms have a kitchenette. We were all very satisfied. We'd gladly come again!

Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo.

Wonderful child and dog friendly hotel

Almost nobody of the staff speaks English and some are really unfriendly. Anyways it is very clean, good food - but not great variety - and very family friendly. Amongst the downsides of not speaking anything but German, we've been charged 30€ more than expected, but we couldn't understand why, and our email exchange before our stay was completely non-sense.

The stay was very good. Only the mattresses in the single bed room were a disaster.

We ( three golfers ) were there twice for dinner ( other places were closed ), weather was warm/hot enough in the evenings for us to sit outside for drinks & dinner. Staff were polite & friendly, dry white wines & cold local beers went down a treat! Plenty of choice on the menu ( check their website out ). It's acceptable, but not particularly cheap. The breakfast selection is varied, and the location is quite convenient with a supermarket nearby. They only cleaned the room once during my three-day stay, so service isn't a highlight. The light was broken and it took a day for someone to fix it. Overall, there weren't any major issues, but for this price, I would have expected better.

The Mandarin Oriental never disappoints, and its service is particularly outstanding. From the front desk to the restaurants, housekeeping, and concierge, every aspect is impeccable; feeling at home is a true experience. There's a bakery downstairs that opened in 1703—the prezels with butter are absolutely delicious! The Barn café on the corner is great and very popular in Berlin.

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Would we stay again? Yes...but with cooler weather available

The room facilities are OK, the hygiene is OK, and the bathroom is fully functional. There is a window for ventilation, which is also good. The breakfast on the sixth floor has a complete variety, and the fruits are very good, especially the pears are very sweet and delicious.

Idyllic location and the loveliest welcome from staff whilst we were on a concert tour round Europe. Not all hotels welcome us so warmly and it makes such a difference. The view from the room was gorgeous, great facilities (wellness centre and pool!), lovely breakfast- would recommend!
