The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, making transportation very convenient. However, when I stayed in winter, the heating in the room was insufficient, and the air conditioning wasn't effective, so it got quite cold. Since it was a business trip arranged by my company, I couldn't expect too much.

We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the many options available at breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend this property for its location to hiking trails, as well as local restaurants and shops.

Quite Clean but rather old appearing Interieur, nice and helpful staff We got a maisonette apartment as an upgrade. Hotel location is quite close to the city center, only 20min walk away from city center I will not remember anything from the hotel except the quite high price which was around 180€ a night. If there is no cheaper option and you need to be close to city center, it's a good choice

Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful. Nice rooms with all we needed provided. We loved it and would definitely use this place again next time we visit Nuremberg.

Generally, I feel the living experience is fine. This is a hostel, so it is hard to get a good sleep before midnight. However, the staff helped with the situation. Thus, I would say it is generally okay if the budget is tight.

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

I always stay here for business trips to Munich. It's right next to a big supermarket and has parking (though parking in Germany can be a bit expensive), which is great!

Mainly good for its proximity to BMW. Nothing else particularly stands out.

The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. It was a good experience. The environment is elegant and peaceful. Location is bit far but I like the surroundings having small numbers of peoples gathering around street fodders at night . I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it.

My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working.
