It was very small room for family. Very bad smell from room.

- Family room is too small, no refrigerator, location is not good but ok, room service also is not good + Reception employees are very helpful, we had a medicine that requires a refrigerator and they helped us with that, also water boiler was not working, they helped us and send a new one. The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We recommend it.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. This hotel is more like an apartment-style accommodation, with cleaning services only provided for stays of seven days or more. The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, a small kitchen, and a refrigerator. There are also shops and restaurants downstairs, making daily life and dining very convenient. Finding accommodation with a washing machine while traveling in Europe can be a hit or miss...
