I've stayed at multiple Ibis hotels in various countries, and I've been extremely satisfied every time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick. The location is convenient. My only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a kettle.

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth. Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely.

The hotel is situated right next to Hirschgarten, with supermarkets nearby. The hotel room was satisfactory and reasonably priced in such a oktoberfest period. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommended for all oktoberfest comers.

The hotel is located near a train station (less than 5 min walk) that can take you to Marienplatz and airport with one line. It comes with breakfast with various bread and drinks. Toothbrush is not provided, but you can buy it at the small shop on the lobby. There is also a supermarket nearby so you can get other stuff you need. Staffs are nice and friendly. Overall a good stay. Our shower door was leaking. The food was good except some starters. The sauna and pool area is also quite nice.

Decent accommodation, good breakfast buffet, although a bit funny : except Bavarian pretzels, nothing else to sweeten the breakfast... Beware of open windows in the room : they left it open but covered with a curtain so we didn't see it until the morning and from 6am all the noise from the outside was in our room as well... no sleeping. The hotel is not far from a subway station and is close to three supermarkets. There are no electric kettles or refrigerators in the rooms, and only one bottle of water is provided for a few nights. A small selection of croissants is available in the lobby.

We went to Munich to attend Oktoberfest. We stayed at Hotel Europa which is approximately 3 km from the Theresienwiese where the festival is held. There is excellent public transit in front of the hotel, but we chose to walk to and from. Hotel Europa is well appointed, very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion.
