The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn't very big. We booked a panoramic room, but the hotel gave us a garden view room at ground level, not on a high floor, and didn't charge us extra!

A nice, quiet and clean hotel. The location is conveniently located near the Arabellapark UBahn station, and is also close to a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy. What I really liked was the breakfast selection with different types of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit.

Everything was wonderful. The only negative point was that the room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely small, to the point that the door had to be kept open. A big positive was that they offered free water whenever you wanted.

My husband and I spent 4 days at this hotel: really nice bar and lounge, comfortable and modern room, strategic position very close to the main squares of Munich where you can take any kind of public transport. Nice hotel, good location, and very clean. The only issue is that there’s usually just one person at reception, so check-in can take a long time. They also have a self check-in machine, but it’s not very efficient because you still need to collect the room keys from the staff. I think the reception area should be larger, and having only one person there isn’t adequate.

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

This is a really nice place to stay if you're in Hof. There is a very nice restaurant that is part of the complex and it serves excellent meals and drinks. It's quite easy to get back to the main road. The staff were very pleasant & friendly and made me feel welcome. The room i stayed in did not have air conditioning but they had provided a feee standing fan which was appreciated as we were experiencing a heat wave.

Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!

In general everything was alright for the price we paid. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable. But the room was not very clean, a layer of dust could be seen on multiple surfaces.

We liked our room a lot. There are many small details, that make a room design really nice. . It is also extremely comfortable to have a mini bar, tea and coffee in room. Spent a weekend in Munich, one day visiting Neuschwanstein Castle and another day Salzburg. Both trips departed from the main train station, and on the third day, I headed to the airport, also from the station. It turned out to be incredibly convenient, just a few minutes walk to the platforms.
