Hotel is close to train station and walking distance to old town. Staffs are very nice and helpful. We left a watch in the hotel and the staff helped keep it well for us.

The room and facilities were still excellent! However, one of the front desk staff was very unfriendly and treated me coldly and ignored. I always maintain politeness and greet the front desk staff if they are not busy. Have there been any other Asian guests who have behaved badly recently?

The room was spacious and had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. This is my second time staying here, and I chose it again because of its proximity to the train station and the fact that it's within walking distance to the city center. The front desk staff, especially the guy yesterday, was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

We originally booked a junior suite (see their pictures), but when I compared the price I was actually offered (the first picture below), the hotel receptionist was completely blatant, claiming it was the suite I'd booked. They ignored the obvious discrepancy and claimed the suite I'd originally booked was already occupied, calling the room they offered me a "suite." This less than 30 square meter room was blatantly labeled as a suite of the same level as the 50 square meter room I'd originally booked. The cleanliness was extremely poor (see pictures 2-3 below). I won't elaborate on the other services. Thanks to Ctrip's diligent mediation, we were able to move to a clean single room (the price wasn't reduced, just cleaner). However, since it was late at night and my family was exhausted, we accepted Ctrip's offer to avoid spoiling our trip. However, this hotel's dishonesty, overselling rooms, and refusal to acknowledge their actions warrant a warning to others: be cautious when booking with this hotel!

The room had a nice European atmosphere. It was spacious and the sofa was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was strong, probably because the area has good water quality.
It was a shame that there was no kettle.
There was a supermarket next door, so it was convenient for shopping.
It was close to the train station and connected to the underground, so it was very convenient. It was a bit of a walk to Marienplatz, but I thought it was good that I could use the subway.

We stayed here for Christmas and could not have been more delighted. Our room is charming and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is just steps from the main train station, and a short scenic walk to old town & historic sites. We had such a lovely time here, and we’ll definitely stay here when we return to Munich. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is very charming. The service was impeccable, with a special mention to Josip at the reception, who is extremely welcoming and gave me great advice for visiting Munich. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the city center and three minutes from the central station :) I highly recommend it without hesitation!

Loved the hotel and the location! One minute from the trains and a few minutes walk to Marienplatz. I found breakfast expensive but my room was lovely(except the toilet was too close to the bath!). Overall a great place and I would stay there again.
