Super!

The hotel room itself was spacious and has the nice inclusion of a fridge. However, this hotel has a serious pest problem that they refused to admit. There are these moth flies (drain flies) kept crawling out from the drains. (They don’t bite or sting but they live in the sewers so you could imagine how dirty they can be). I tried telling the hotel staff at the reception (Some Italian guy Fiodi I think), and he tried to blow me off with a stupid story, saying that they are ‘tiny butterflies that try to hide from the cold outside during this time of the year’. Such ignorant staff. Heck I’ve been to Asia many times and I’ve only seen these things in really dirty and moist public bathrooms. Luckily I was only staying for a night, but if you’re on a budget and wouldn’t mind sharing the room, it’s not half bad. 🫡

Great value for the money. Nice place, with public transportation just outside. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff super lovely

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and overall, it was an average experience. The rooms and bathrooms were functional, but they felt a bit old and could have been cleaner. Nothing was terrible, but the dated look and lack of freshness definitely stood out.

The biggest drawback for me was the restaurant. It’s only open for breakfast, and after that, it remains closed for the rest of the day. That meant no option to grab lunch, or dinner onsite, which was quite inconvenient.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. A day before check-in, I was told there was an issue with my credit card — despite the fact that payment was supposed to be made at the property. I immediately updated my payment info and added a second card, then completed the online check-in. I received confirmation that my changes were under review.

To my shock, on the day of arrival, I got an email saying my reservation had been canceled by the hotel. I couldn’t call (only had internet access), and support promised a 24-hour response — which was useless in such a time-sensitive situation. I had to urgently find another hotel.

The reason for cancellation — “card issue” — was completely unfounded. The same card was used to pay for the new hotel without any problems. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will absolutely avoid this hotel chain in the future.

It`s always a pleasure to arrive at the hotel after a long working day. A warm welcome at the reception with friendly staff all the time. I can really recommend that house for business travels. The rooms have a reasonable size and furnishing, the bar and the of course, the breakfast have a good selection and quality.

It is one of the few hotels nearby with a price and experience that is suitable for traveling with cattle and horses.

The order confirmation was not clear, which wasted time. The breakfast was not changed for many days and was very simple. The transportation was convenient, there was a tram at the door, and it was close to the city center.

I stayed for two nights in total. The hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I returned to the hotel at night and found that the hotel was not cleaned. The front desk told me that it was very late, so I didn't ask him to continue cleaning.
