I had a very good experience. The place is neat, clean, and well-maintained. All the facilities are good and easily accessible. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff are very friendly, polite, and supportive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious room. Location is fine. Though amenities are quite basic. Reception staff is helpful in providing utensils and keeping food in fridge.

It was conveniently located close to a transport hub. Check in and out was convenient.

Clean and well-maintained with good facilities, though the room was a bit small. It's a bit far from the city center, but the tram access is convenient enough. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that they didn't provide a tag when storing my luggage, which felt a bit insecure.

The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Pasing train station, and Pasing Arcaden is also quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, which severely disturbed my sleep as you could literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a gap in between. On Sunday, room service started cleaning the neighboring rooms and so on as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep.
