Lovely hotel in great location - staff lovely and great breakfast - WiFi not great and there is some building work inside at the moment —June/July which did cause a disturbance. Mattress was too soft for husband. If staying during warm months no AC and road a bit noisy when windows open.

We spent 6 days at this Hotel.
It's located 20-minute walk from the downtown area.
The breakfast is good and bedroom is quite wide and comfortable. No complains.

We enjoyed our 2 nights at Prinz. The rooms comfortable, clean, modern, with 2 free beers, soda and Haribo.
It is very quite,, you don't feel you are near city center of a big city. Located along a river with a small forest and a big park nearby, which is nice for jogging or walking. Airport is reachable by train in about half hour, with a station just 10 minutes walking distance from hotel. Center is reachable with a 20 minutes walk.
There are many delicious restaurants nearby, with cuisine from around the world.
The breakfast included is more like a brunch. We were very happy to have chosen this place with a reasonable price. Last but not least it is decorated with taste with beautiful arts. Thank you.

Good neighborhood hotel
Very decent hotel. Fairly traditional old-school hotel, with rooms and furniture showing their age a little. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and quiet location that is within a few minutes walk of the tram and the Nockherberg restaurant and beer garden.

Pros: polite and helpful receptionists, complementary mini bar beverages when you check-in (no replenishment), breakfast came with the cost of the room, good spread at breakfast buffet. Good sized rooms.
Cons: Sloppy housekeeping. The bathroom was not consistently cleaned - we would come back to the room each day and find either sink or shower stall not wiped down, trash in the bathroom bin might not removed. We stayed for over 6 days, and the sink and shower stall were only wiped down and cleaned no more than twice. Toilet is quite badly stained. I would think a good bleaching would do the job. Drinking glasses were never cleaned. No evidence of any dusting of countertops.

Our biggest concern is that the shower is very difficult to get in and out of. Definitely a safety concern. All else was perfect!
