Service

While the rooms are nice, the beds comfortable, and the showers great, the issue I have with this hotel is service. Many in my group had issues with their cards on the evening of 6.23. The man working the desk was rude to every one. He was rude again by saying we were going to ruin the hotel. Not acceptable or professional behavior. This evening (6.24) when we returned, our tour director asked about our breakfast boxes for our morning transfer. This person was a different one and was snippy once more. Again, not professional. While me and my spouse didn’t have issues with our cards on our first night, we did this morning. We tried multiple times and got our cards reprogrammed. A woman came to help and treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know how to open a door. However, they did send a technician to fix the issue with the locking mechanism, which was the problem as the light turned green, but didn’t permit entry.
Other than the service, it has been an enjoyable stay.

Nice Hotel and clean

Super basic which is to be expected from the price. However, the hotel is partly under construction and we awoke to deafening noise at around 8 am. It was so loud that there was no way we could have spent time in the room while it was ongoing. Needless to say this was super disappointing.

Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!

Perfect for what i needed, very close to the underground do easy enough to get onto the city. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

The hotel overall was good, just felt a few things were a bit dated. But even though it is located in a busy street, noise was relatively low, parking was good, as well as the breakfast. Staff was friendly as well.

Lufthansa bus dropped us off 5 minute walk to hotel. Close to subway for easy access to oktoberfest
