Great hotel. 2 adults + 1 child 11yrs. We booked the 4 bed room 34m2 and it was great. AC could maximum be taken down to +19c and that's why i can't give full five stars. Also no minibar or fridge in the room. So we filled the bathtub with cold water and kept our water and soda bottles in it. In the peak season with +31° that's a minus. But besides that I still will stay in this hotel again many times. The staff was friendly and check-in took 5 minutes. Plenty of room in the parking garage but 16 euros is expensive. Probably possible to find parking down the street cheaper if you are able to walk, which I'm not due medical conditions. I'm still trying to understand why most hotels in Germany has this outrageous need to charge so much for the parking?

Not too far from public transport, clean tidy rooms with comfy beds. We ended up doing breakfast onsite each morning, there arent many options nearby being located in an industrial area. Good value for money.

The rooms are lovely and well organised, the cleaning seevice is on demand to minimise environmental impact. The location is perfect if you wanna attend events at the messe, but alao you can easily reach the city center by tram oe s bahn. The price is very fair for the area.

My partner and I stayed at this Premier Inn for three nights as we experienced Munich. The staff were lovely, and the room itself was quiet and comfortable. The shower water pressure was okay, but the drainage wasn’t great, with it being slow due to clogging issues or just being old? Not too sure.
The location was not great. There is another Premier Inn that is in the actual city centre of Munich, which I highly recommend booking instead - purely because it would be a bus and train to get in every day (taking approx. 30 minutes, which isn’t awful but when you are looking for an easy way to get in, this wasn’t really filling the quota). Additionally, the people that would catch the bus I would not say are child friendly - there were a couple times where there were experiences that as an adult I felt uncomfortable with.
I do not recommend the buffet breakfast. It was sparse and hardly any options. As someone who has experienced other Premier Inn buffets, this one is not worth it. Rather, enjoy a pastry or a pretzel when you’re in the city centre.

The property was very old-fashioned, the bathroom was quite old and dirty, there wasn't a lot of things in the room and it felt weird and creepy. However the bed was nice and big and the room had a lot of space just not a lot of stuff. The staff weren't welcoming and nice, it felt like they didn't really want to help us and make us feel comfortable and at ease. Breakfast was good with a lot of options for European breakfast. The location is quite quiet however it's very isolated and far from everything especially the center of the city.

Nice hotel, I went with my family for 2 nights, the rooms were really clean. The location is not very far from the city which is good. Staff was friendly. Only downside was that they didn’t have any medicine or anything to provide for an emergency or a simple headache in the middle of the night. Despite that we had a great stay and good definitely recommend

Awful customer service. They kept sending me unsuccessful payment emails no matter how many times I updated my credit card info. After 3 weeks of not knowing whats going on and contacting them 10 times without much response I called booking.com and explained the situation. They told me if the payment has not gone through for such a long time then it would for sure be cancelled and I can move on with another booking.
However a month after that I saw the charge on my credit card + my booking status is still ibvalid payment!! They refuse to cancel, they refuse to respond to customers' questions/concerns, they refuse to even update the status of booking to give the guests a but of clarity, .... In general they obviously don't care for customer and only see them as a source of income even at the expense of forcefully getting money out of their credit card. When I contacted my bank they mentioned this merchant has already been flagged for fraudulant charges multiple times in my country!!
However a month after that I saw the charge on my credit card + my booking status is still ibvalid payment!! They refuse to cancel, they refuse to respond to customers' questions/concerns, they refuse to even update the status of booking to give the guests a but of clarity, .... In general they obviously don't care for customer and only see them as a source of income even at the expense of forcefully getting money out of their credit card. The center and easy, free street parking. The staff were friendly and explained that daily cleaning isn’t included, but if we wanted we can request it at reception. This suited us perfectly as we like to have a long lie, and hate hearing the noisy cleaning staff in the mornings. So this was very positive for us.
The Room was very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable we’ve ever had! The mattress and bedding were amazing, very quiet (no outside noise nor noise from other guests/doors etc) and warm (we never had to use the heating)
Breakfast offered healthy options such as granola, fruit and natural yogurt, and all the usual items.
We would definitely go back, just to sleep in the very comfortable bed again 😁

This hotel is located about 30 minutes from the city center, which is accessible by bus followed by a train. The rooms were pleasant and modern, as it’s a fairly new building. All the staff were very accommodating to any extra needs, such as providing additional coffee and sugar.
We didn’t experience any problems and would definitely stay here again if we ever returned. The hotel also offers easy access to Messe München, which is reachable by a bus that departs from outside Burger King, about a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, Lime bikes and scooters were always available just outside if needed.

The hotel is located around 30mins from the airport and then a further 25 from the centre. . The breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff are lovely and helpful and the manager made us feel very welcome. The room was far more then I expected and was very big, communal toilets, seating area etc were always clean. This would suit people who are happy to come back to their hotel and relax rather then go out locally as there isn't anything to do. But it would not put me off going back in the future.
