Reviews
Regarding one of the reviews below — I would like to respond to the girl(Nino Zaqutashvili) who mentioned that someone entered her room without permission. On that day, which happened to be my birthday, the Georgian girls wanted to prepare a surprise for me. We were not at the hotel at that time — they knew that — and only the housekeeper got confused after opening the door and unexpectedly finding guests inside. Everyone knows that this is against the rules. She immediately realized she had the wrong room. I know this has been explained several times. We are all human; mistakes happen. On their behalf, I would like to apologize It was something like "Marine giorgis asuli Peradze" :))) If I were you, I would place this among funny little stories rather than turn it into something that harms the hotel’s rating.
Now, about the hotel itself — the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is varied. The hotel follows a green policy, so if you need your room cleaned, you simply need to ask. It’s clearly written on a big banner; it just needs to be read :)) The location is excellent — four stops to U5, and from there that line takes you to all the major places. Also, I personally love staying outside the main tourist areas because it helps me better understand the people and their lifestyle
I came with my friend to celebrate her birthday. On the second day I asked reception if they could arrange something small for her. They promised they would “organize it,” but nothing happened for days. Every single day I had to go to reception and remind them. Only on the fourth day, after the birthday had already passed….did they send a tiny cake to the room. I appreciated the gesture, but the service was extremely disappointing.
The worst part was what happened the next morning today !!!! At 08:00, a staff member entered our room without knocking, without ringing, and without any permission while we were sleeping. She left a chocolate and a small birthday poster and walked out.
Fifteen minutes later she came inside AGAIN!!!! still without knocking, took back the things she had left, and just said, “Continue sleep, girl.” I have never seen anything so unprofessional in a hotel. Entering a guest’s room without approval is completely unacceptable, luckily we was sleeping and that why we do say anything on the moment !!!!
Cleaning service was also very poor. Even when we requested it, they only changed towels—no real cleaning at all.
The only good thing was the comfortable bed, but that’s where the positives end!!!
Overall, this hotel is not worth the price, not 4-star level, and not somewhere I would ever return to. My worst experience in a hotel!!
Even another Asian tour group that arrived after us was allowed to enter before us. We were left standing on the side, completely ignored, watching over 20 people walk in ahead of us. It wasn’t until members of our own tour group went inside that we realized we had simply been pushed aside.
The whole situation made us feel unwelcome and singled out. Whether intentional or not, it was humiliating and extremely disappointing—especially from an international hotel brand that should treat all guests equally.
On top of this, our room had a persistent smoke smell that never went away throughout our stay, making the experience even worse.
I hope the management seriously reviews their staff training and their room maintenance standards. Based on this stay, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
However, there was a small issue during breakfast. I might not have fully understood the rules at the time, and my behavior may have seemed a bit inappropriate, though it wasn’t intentional. It would have been better if the staff could have explained or reminded me politely, since guests don’t always know the procedures. The harsh tone really surprised me and I was a bit shocked at the moment.
If things had been explained properly, I would have definitely followed along. I hope the service can be a bit friendlier in the future so that the guest experience isn’t negatively affected and the overall impression remains positive.
Ich hoffe, dass der Service in Zukunft freundlicher sein wird.
Amenities sufficient n service at the cafe was marvellous. Delicious 3 course meal starting with soup, grilled chicken and finally the tiramisu cake. Luv the scent of the body, shampoo and hand wash. Feel refreshed n had a good sleep.
