Everything was great.

The hotel is average and suitable mainly for sleeping and then heading out.
What I liked is that there is a door separating the dressing area from the room, which gives more privacy.
Most of the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. However, there was an older blonde woman at reception who seemed unmotivated and uninterested in providing service. I never saw her smile, and I did not enjoy the interaction. In hospitality, attitude and friendliness really matter.

There is also a small self-service shop downstairs with no staff, offering light snacks, drinks, and personal hygiene items. I really liked this idea as it is convenient.

Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay.

The room was stylish and clean, but it was a bit dim with only indirect lighting. There weren't many amenities provided (oddly, only a shower cap was available). I had booked breakfast for 6:30 AM, but due to my flight schedule, when I arrived at 6:30, they were still vacuuming, and it didn't feel at all ready to welcome guests. There were hardly any staff around, and they only offered a quick greeting when they saw us. Since I had to leave by just after 7 AM, I ended up checking out without eating. Even after I checked out, the breakfast area still didn't seem properly set up, and other guests also looked confused. The staff were friendly, which was good, but the breakfast situation was the only regrettable part of my stay. Those hoping for an early breakfast should be aware of this.

Alyosha's service is truly excellent! I recently had the chance to experience it, and he was extremely patient, answering all my questions. Moreover, his response time was incredibly fast, and I always received prompt replies whenever I consulted him. The service details were also handled very well, making me feel particularly cared for. Overall, ALYOSHA's service is both professional and considerate. I highly recommend it!

I am the most grateful to Jamie for helping me pack a painting I bought here. It’s sometimes difficult to find friendly faces as tourists but he was the kindest and most helpful person I’ve ever met!! Incredible service!!

Rooms are very small and do not have basic facilities like iron or iron table. Service level is not up to mark. Location is convenient as it is 5 mins ride from the conference centre.

There was no hot water. Complained after night one and had lukewarm water for night two.
The hotel doesn’t tell you the rooms won’t be cleaned, you need to notice that there is a poster in the lift telling you this.

Spacious rooms but without carpet, therefore missing a bit comfort to me

The customer service has been very good. When we got in the room, the air conditioning was not working well then we asked to change the room and the staff understood the situation and very quickly we had a new room. Transportation is very easy to go downtown with the bus stop very close of the hotel.
We would come back again if we travel again in this area.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. It was a huge plus that the front desk staff also spoke Chinese. Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for accessing the city's lively areas.
