This is a sweet, cozy hotel in the greener West area of Munich, very idyllic, nice trails and river nearby, the central eating area is beautiful, windows behind all the tables arranges in a semi-circle embedded in a garden, the outside eating area is the best outdoor atmosphere in west Munich, the owner and workers are invariably friendly

In high summer for a week in Munich to take a vacation? In the "Prinz Myshkin Parkhotel" in Obermenzig, this works very well, if you book a room on the garden side. Then you can sleep even with the window open

The staff is very friendly and the beds comfortable. Nice by the way: The Hotel rented cheap bikes, so that excursions into the Green - Nymphenburg Palace, Botanical garden, etc

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the centre, that is reachable also with public transport. The service is impeccable and staff very friendly. Cozy room of medium size.

Very lovely, friendly and cheerful ladies welcoming you. Delicious breakfast. Even more delicious "Kuchen". Afternoon refreshments in the cute garden is highly recommended.

Very nice small hotel in a quiet part of town. Great staff who speak English; clean rooms; nice breakfast; beautiful garden seating. 10 min drive to Nymphenburg Palace

There’s a park close by to stroll through and lots of trails along the little river that runs through the back. The staff was so kind and generous

Great value for money. Clean and comfortable, located in Munich downtown. Yes, it is not a fancy newly decorated hotel but it is all you need for a couple of days in Munich. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

The rooms are small but clean, its very close to the metro station. The staff was friendly

The price was good, the amenities were decent, but we were only told breakfast would be 16 euro for 2 after eating, which was a surprise because we were invited to breakfast and every other hotel we've stayed at in the last week gave a free breakfast

The rooms have their own shower, but do not have a bathroom. Instead, there is one bathroom on each floor, shared by all five rooms.

Location is first rate. Hotel itself is a bit of a dump

The reception staff was very nice the apartment is very nice. And there was everything you want. The pool, sauna, fitness rooms were great! I am very happy with everything

Lovely, spacious and luxurious apartment with views of the city away from the chaotic touristy areas but conveniently accessible by bus or train. Surrounded by nice cafes for your morning cuppa. Definitely recommended

Hotel was very new and everything was perfect. It’s very near to the train and subway from airport or to the city. Nearby there is a DM and REWE to buy your daily need and you can cook in the room

Proper sized rooms for a 1 person long term stay. Clean and well kept on arrival. Air conditioning controls are not intuitive. Kitchenette sufficient for whatever small amount of cooking is done in the room

If you leave the garage during that time to run errands and then return later in the evening, you are charged another €20, even if you have already paid for that period. I found that a bit disappointing

Great hotel. The rooms are comfy and nice. The showers are the open style, which can get water on the floor. The breakfast is one of the best ones I've had. I recommend staying here.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and clearly explained all the important details upon arrival. We had booked a room with a kitchen. The room was very clean and well-equipped

A great size room with a sitting area and a small kitchenette. Also a large shower and bathroom. We also really enjoy the breakfast buffet every morning

The service overall was quite good, the only negative was that when we needed to visit a doctor we were given directions to the wrong place which caused some confusion

We had a very pleasant stay at Koos Hotel und Apartments. The apartment was spacious, especially for a 3-bedroom setup, which made it very comfortable for our group

I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and reheating meals. The beds were of excellent quality, providing great comfort and a good night’s sleep

Hotel was great location, having 2 rooms was ideal for family of 4, second bed was already made up when we arrived, extra towels and pillows provided upon request. Washer in room was key as we packed light

Just bring your mugs down to fill them up yourselves. Plus, there is a place to lodge your luggage after your check-out

The hotel was great overall with a parking garage. The staff was nice on someday also some kitchenware was not clean enough and some amenities was not stocked in some room. We noticed it since we book couple room.

The attitude of the black female staff member at check-in was a bit off. In the evening, the elevator broke down, so I had to walk up to the 7th floor ㅠㅠ. The hairdryer also kept going on and off

May have problem with light sleepers cos this room is facing the street but with windows closed it’s bearable! We still able to sleep thru the night soundly cos the bed is comfortable! Complimentary & unlimited coffee @Reception and it’s great for coffee lovers! Lidl supermarket is just a short walking distance away

Great hotel! As an American, I can say I have found a go-to hotel for next time I visit Munich! It was a great place for both my wife and me! Will definitely visit again!

They had a closet area, two stools, a table, side tables by the beds, and a small TV. The wifi was pretty strong during our stay too. The bathroom was good too with good shower pressure and temperature

Guys at lobby were very friendly I would say the only disadvantage was poor sound insulation between floors - you could hear people walking upstairs. Also, there is no kettle and fridge in the room

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things

For 15 days , I stayed in this hotel. Hotel receptionist are very polite and helpful. They give free unlimited wifi. Kitchen facility is available It have gym and laundry system. 24 hr hot shower water is available

However, the hotel staff did not find my name at the guest list and refused the delivery. So I had no dinner, because everything was closed, and no breakfast

2nd time stay here, location can be reach with trem and then walk for about 5 minutes. Receptionist are friendly and helpful

On the third day, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the trash can wasn't emptied (and was even left on the sink!), and the bath towels weren't changed

Spacious and with excellent facilities. Everything was of high quality, from the beautiful bathtub to the separate shower. The toilet and washbasin being in separate areas was also a great touch.

I would like to thank the receptionists for their kindness and help, to find doctors, taxis, medicines… and provide all that we needed for our pupils, during a two days gastroenteritis attack! By the end of our sickness, they cleaned thoroughly all the rooms so that the kids would stay to a healthy environment! The area is secure for school groups and not far from Munchen center

Very close to the Munich exhibition center, and the area around the hotel is very convenient with a supermarket and bakery right downstairs

The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is great for business trips. The only downside is that the room is a bit small

Next door to the hotel is a student apartment with a small kitchen and kitchenware for simple cooking. There are Aldi and APZ supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a Chinese restaurant The room has a balcony

The access to the city was not very convenient, and the free Wi-Fi connection was unsatisfactory.

The room is clean and tidy, but there is no washing machine. Those who need to do laundry will have to go downstairs to the washing machine (at their own expense).

Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available)

Our recent stay at Brera Serviced Apartment was truly a five-star experience. The self-checking and making your own room card was a nice new experience. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a stunning city view

The location was perfect for us both the night of the concert and the next night when we went to the English garden and caught a bus that dropped us off across the street

Each accommodation has a nicely laid-out kitchenette with hot-plates, crockery & cutlery & a microwave, a queen sized bed, a 55” LED TV with internet, a nicely-sized dining table, an air-conditioner, a dishwasher and a refrigerator

The price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, book earlier next time. The kitchen is complete, there is a hot water boiler, very clean, and good facilities.

Burger King is 20 steps away. Nearest bus stop is 30 seconds walk. There is a gas station, which is open 24 hours, located early 45 seconds walk. Trudering Bahnhof is 13 to 15 minutes by walk, or 3 minutes bus journey

Modern, stylish, comfortable and well equipped apartments. All kitchen utensils and crockery etc included. Supermarket downstairs. 25-30 minutes from city centre on S-Bahn. Easy self check in machine. Great find!

We had an issue with a parcel of souvenirs we were trying to send back to our home in New Zealand, Martina went out of her way and went above and beyond to help us! We so appreciate her willingness to assist us and can’t thank her enough - we couldn’t have got it sorted without Martina’s help! Would not hesitate to book a stay at Pension Belo Sono again!

Really spacious room with shared kitchen, balcony and bathroom. However, we never saw anyone else! It was really quiet too. The street had a great bakery, shop, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.
