Very good price for the value. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and equipped. For breakfast they provide a lot of options. Walk from the central station is merely 10 minutes.

€30 per day, even if you check in at 8 pm! Shameful! The mattress in the room is obviously dated and has dips without any support. Not to mention the four pillows, which are all completely flaked

The parking for Oktoberfest went up from 29 to 39 Euros, but it's very close to the festival. Breakfast was really mediocre; the only good thing is the location.

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine)

Staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Room was spacious with a lovely view, large bathroom and a great on site spa / pool

We just stayed at The Charles Hotel in Munich and honestly had a really great experience. The service was top notch without ever feeling stiff. Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful

Very convenient to get around, but still feels calm and refined. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from Marienplatz, which makes exploring the city incredibly easy. Beautiful hotel and even better service

The concierge in particular was incredible — they were able to get us tickets to the FC Bayern match with zero hassle, which made the whole trip even more memorable

We spent five wonderful nights and six days at the hotel. What I want to express most is my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff

I've stayed at multiple Ibis hotels in various countries, and I've been extremely satisfied every time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth

Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely

Location was not important as we were by car-plenty of parking space around. Bad is comfortable though the room smelled of a toilet. Breakfast is so-so, but fine. So for a quick stay for 1 night with kids is ok

So fun to ride around Munich and the Englishergarten. A great perk! And the breakfast buffet!!!! WOW! Anything one could want for breakfast, whether American or European. It was hard to decide what to eat

We had two rooms, and the only minor issue was that on the 7th floor, the glass shower barrier was a bit narrow, so some water splashed onto the floor

Honestly, the reception team treated us like old friends or family. They were very polite, kind, and supportive. We will definitely return again

The neighborhood is not lively and convenient, but it is quite quiet when sleeping. The waiters are also very friendly. The facilities are relatively basic, and the internet speed is not fast.

A pretty solid ibis hotel than often offers very fair rates considering the overall price level of Munich. if you're using Flixbus or are traveling by train, the location is good

My room was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bar and restaurant were great spots to relax after a day of sightseeing

Most importantly the kitchen is also equipped with an electric water heater and an espresso machine with 4 pods! I believe there is a mini mart/small grocery store very close by, but due to our odd times for checking in and out, we couldn't tell how the store is

The breakfast was delicious, with both savory and sweet options; nothing was lacking. Of course, the hotel's 80s/90s style takes some getting used to, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days

Eventually took a bus and spent some time and had quick breakfast before taking the train to the Munich airport to return to California. You can purchase a day family pass for 25 Euros that works for train and bus

We walked and caught a city bus to go the city center (downtown) to walk around (after 8 pm on December 26th) and had an amazing dinner at an excellent German restaurant (Google recommendation)

Grocery store directly beside hotel. Christmas markets nice with great food and handmade ornaments. I’ve stayed at this property 4 times. Great location that’s quiet and safe

4 stars but still mixed feelings. The place is nice for a business trips stay, but you need to be alone in the room for sure - the shower is in the bedroom - literally. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not so

Proper sized rooms for a 1 person long term stay. Clean and well kept on arrival. Air conditioning controls are not intuitive. Kitchenette sufficient for whatever small amount of cooking is done in the room

If you leave the garage during that time to run errands and then return later in the evening, you are charged another €20, even if you have already paid for that period. I found that a bit disappointing

There was no water in the gym both evenings and some of the equipment was broken. Most hotels have bottled water in the rooms, no such luck at Coffee Fellows

First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe! The rooms were big enough and clean...

A decent budget hotel. The only downside is that it only has air conditioning, no heating, and turning it on makes noise and the air is dry.

Similar to other ibis properties, they are good value. One downside is the lack of towels... you will have to ask for more towels.
