Very beautiful and very good hotel. The breakfast is delicious. The environment is good. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you very much. Next time I go to Munich, I will definitely stay here again
Service: The young man was super helpful, but the overweight guy was less than satisfactory. Environment: I loved it; not luxurious, but cozy.
Excellent hotel and location in Munich old town. Convenient to tour locations and S-Bahn. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Recommend highly.
Excellent friendly staff
Excellent service
Great location
Lovely mini bar
It was not bad, but the room was small overall because it was in a historic building in a central area. The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was elegant, but it was all cold
I had high expectations based on the high ratings. When I checked in, I felt the receptionist, a white man at the front desk, was polite but a bit cold

It was a truly wonderful hotel. • All the staff were very kind. • Great access (the station is just a short walk away). This was my first solo trip to Europe, and thanks to the hotel staff, it was the best trip ever
I fell in love with Munich and would love to visit again. Thank you for your attentive service
Lovely stay at Mercure. Friendly staff, clean room and lovely breakfast. No complaints!
Central location, tram stop nearby, 10 minutes to Karl Platz, not far from Marienplatz
Centrally located-Single room small but exclusively furnished and elegantly styled-
Very decent and clean room! Location was great for visiting the BMW museum!

- Very extensive breakfast
- Very good value for money
- Highly recommended
This is a great value hotel for Munchen, they have family rooms with 2 double beds which are perfect for families with 2 children.
The atmosphere in the hotel reminded me of eastern Europe or Russia for some reason.
The hotel room is fine. We were allocated the family room, it is a clean and reasonal place to stay.
First off, the rooms do NOT have air conditioning, not even a window unit. Which means that in the summer, the rooms get rather stuffy - And they stay that stuffy at night. Be careful opening the window, however
Plus, everything is rather old and outdated. The rooms can only be access with a door key - nothing digital like other hotels. And it locks behind you every time, so be mindful not to leave the key behind
)
The bathroom is rather odd, with a low shower head, a movable plexi-glass barrier, and a tub that is actually higher than the floor - so getting out is challenging when everything is wet

I really liked the hotel! Good location: close to S-bahn station. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Delicious hearty breakfast.
It was a great place to stay. It help made the trip to Europe enjoyable.
Nice hotel. 20 minutes bij U-bahn to Munchen Old City.
It was a good place for the amount of walking that I needed to do. I enjoyed the ability to shop for groceries nearby.
Great!
Shower could’ve been more powerful but everything else was great!

The hotel is really cozy and easy to find. I just stayed one night in München for a event close to the hotel so the location was perfect for me. The room is clean and spacious, same thing for the bathroom
There were 12 of us traveling: two adults as chaperones and 10 teenagers aged 14 to 16. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean
Very good facilities, locatian is little bit far away city center but anyway we reached at Octoberfest field just by taking tram 18 and walking for ten minutes. Breakfast was good and enough
Very comfortable hotel with home feeling
Staffs are friendly and helpful
Easy assess with tram or underground
It's about 10 minutes from the tram and subway. The location is average, but the room was clean.
We had a wonderful stay at the [Hotel Name] and would highly recommend it to others.

The room was clean, and a coffee machine was provided. The front desk staff were polite. The location is excellent, conveniently close to both the train and metro stations. Marienplatz is also about a 30-minute walk away
Everything was good. It's close to the train station and within easy walking distance of beautiful sights.
Breakfast was also nothing special. Due to a last-minute change in plans, I arrived a day early, but this hotel had no availability, so I ended up staying at two different hotels during my two nights in Munich
Overall, it was just an average experience. The hotel is tucked away in an alley, and the room felt a bit small. It seemed overpriced compared to similar hotels, offering only average value for money
The hotel added a sofa bed for my son, bringing the total number of single beds to three. Even with the extra bed, the room still felt very spacious. The air conditioning was powerful
The inner garden was beautiful and quiet, which was a big plus. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from both the train and metro stations

Last week we were here and had nice days in munich. the most thing was alright and I gave tips for the cleaner, later I found that she made a beautiful room for us! some fabric stuff on the bed was like a flower
Facilities: The hotel's facilities are relatively new for European hotels and are quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with rooms cleaned daily, so no worries
Environment: Excellent location, close to the train station
Staff very nice and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage early before check in. The room was very nice although small. The shower is very small so if you are large it may be uncomfortable
and she made two towels "heart shape" in the bath. but the bathroom include toilet wasn't comfortable as the door was a sliding door that some pooping sounds could go through outside
The Hotel seems new or recently renovated, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast plentiful and fairly varied. Possibility of parking inside though not very big

The hotel is near the Oktoberfest venue. There is a shopping mall about 20 to 30 meters away. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the airport to the station. You can go directly to the airport by taking S1
In general hotel was amazing✨
Nice old fashioned rooms , very warm and simple breakfast💛
But unfortunately there was a problems with internet
This may have been caused by light rains seeping under the foundation or broken pipes under the property. Luckily, I only stayed two nights. The one towel that was provided absorbed the floor water
Fantastic location,
breathtaking view from the upstairs windows (Saint Paul's Church, Frauen Church (Frauenkirche in German) and much more),
the staff is very polite, very nice and very helpful,
delicious food and beverages,
delicious breakfast in a wonderful room with paintings and pictures,
the hotel is really tidy and clean,
my stay was a magic and an unforgettable memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I recommend...
Great location for the train, it's just about a 10-minute walk and it's literally in front of where Oktoberfest takes place, a very nice place that seems to be an old building
A cozy hotel near the Munich bus station and the Oktoberfest venue. Nice room and interior of the hotel itself. The administrators are friendly, speak good English

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was just great. Staff was friendly and available at all times. Room was facing towards garden and was quiet and nice to sleep. Only thing that is missing is Air conditioning
Great location next to U5 stop, bakery and great restaurant within 2 blocks, perfect location for Oktoberfest or Frühlingsfest. Have stayed in hotel and the efficiencies and both are good
Great place to be!
Great service! Room is clean, breakfast was great!
I just ask for sitting on the lobby to do my work on laptop, the hotel provides me a room for free to do my work without interruptions
Most of our towels had to be used to dry the floor. Most of the days our room didn’t get cleaned because we wouldn’t get up before 10am or so due to our time difference of 9 hours
Located right next to a Ubahn station. I stayed here with my family and it was a beautiful experience. They have all the necessary items present in the apartment. Grocery shops are about 2 mins away
Spacious room with a seating area, great bed. Breakfast is not inexpensive, but a marvellous experience. Wonderful team in breakfast room , particularly Benjamin who is so welcoming

Good location about 20 min walk from main central station. Supermarket right in front of the hotel, very convenient. Room is a bit small and no place to sit, and no water heater
However, hotel receptionist provide a hot flush to keep hot water warm for next morning coffee in the room. Generally ok to stay a few nights
It's about 3 tram stops from Munich Station. It's a little far away, but it's not noisy, so that's good. They kindly gave me the Wi-Fi password, and when I bought food from outside, they gave me a fork and spoon
I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home
The hotel's ambiance was both inviting and stylish, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive
Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. It allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my stay

Lovely place to stay, however it would be nice if they could upgrade to using key cards, but this isn't a big deal for me
Room was amazing, room was massive we realy love it staff was so lovely. I will stay again
It was just too late and there was no elevator to use, so carrying the suitcase upstairs was a bit difficult
Very good quality and price. The room was clean, breakfast excellent! :)
Clean quiet extremely friendly staff
Room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast too was great.
While having shower shower water spills over despite having shower curtain put inside border of shower base.

Just a few minutes from main train station and old town, a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Serves breakfast and evening beers/soft drinks. Kettles and fans in rooms (no a/c).
The hotel is good, located in the center, 5 minutes from the train station. The downsides are no elevator and mediocre cleaning.
Convenient location, good size rooms and clean. Interesting decoration with traditional touches but fairly modern rooms. Just be aware that very late check-in requires calling a night phone, there is nobody in reception.
Hotel - clean and well maintain, no elevator
Food - same everyday
Staff - not so helpful
Area - lots of restaurant, walkable, 7 mins walk to Bahnhofplatz (train station/central station)
This location was really good. Easy walk to train station and the old town. Rooms were basic but clean. No elevator so if that is an issue don't stay here.
Small room, but I knew that when I booked.
Clean, modern.
A bit noisy in the morning due to breakfast area just below the room.

Its location in Schwabing is ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers!
The hotel was very reasonably priced and quite close to the Olympic Hall by car. Food and drink in the hotel restaurant is also very reasonably priced for a hotel in Munich. I was surprised and had a very good stay.
It was only for 1 night, everything go smoothly in the checking. The decorations for the room needs to be updated. They have a shoes-cleaner in the reception quite curious.
The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The online pics did not reflect the esthetic of the hotel.
We stayed during Oktoberfest and the hotel was clean and quiet.
Great hotel with very good breakfast
Friendly staff, everything very clean
Good hotel with good location and fast access to nearby metro or bus.

Loved it... I think it's a very peaceful place & it's so close to city center.
Good service and breakfast. It is clean and near the train station.
The room is bright, the decoration style is simple, the functional partitions are reasonable, and the bath is very comfortable.
Very satisfied, the place near the train station, the train station, the room is clean, the service staff are good, like coming.
Everything perfect. Staff was amazing, rooms as well and location is ideal next to train station
The rooms are very clean and quite. Even in they are not very lange you don't miss anything as they are efficiently furnished. Convenient position near main railway station. Excellent price quality ratio
The breakfast offered is a stunning German spread that keeps us filled for a full day of exploring
On booking we wanted a parking and breakfast included. When we arrived no parking and on the morning no breakfast included, we payed extra. Dont know if the problem isnon booking.com but this misled our decision.
Came to Munich for Oktoberfest and loved this hotel! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and the location couldn't be beat - central to great restaurants and close to the fair grounds and train stations
all staff were very kind and attentive, and Tobias was so helpful for two silly Americans who can get lost in their own homes. He gave us great suggestions and maps for getting around the city
Very nice experience in hotel Andra and in the beautiful Bayern. Smooth from check-in to check out. Adequate sized rooms and nice breakfast. Sure will revisit, if staying in Munich
I stayed Hotel Andra room 50 for one day. Friendly receptionist, gorgeous breakfast, very clean bedroom and shower room. It takes about 15-30 minutes to Munich central station and main sightseeing spots by foot

It's a 5-minute walk from the tram stop, and from Central Station, it takes about 20 minutes without changing trams. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was clean and in good condition
We stayed as two families (with older children) a total of 8 and it was a great base in a very safe neighbourhood, if you don't mind catching trams, only 15 minutes to Marienplatz in the centre of Munich
I can’t say enough wonderful things! The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The members of the hotel staff were polite and answered all of our questions
Some great reasonable restaurants serving traditional Bavarian food are located within 5-10 minutes walk. A fantastic variety at breakfast to keep all nationalities happy
Absolutely wonderful staff! So kind and friendly! Beds were very comfy and rooms provided ample space for us! Breakfast was also delicious! We loved our stay here!
Clean rooms, very good size, good configurations to suit single, couples or families. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future trips to Munich

Charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the English Garden and public transportation. The family room was very nice with the wardrobe providing some privacy from the kids bed
everything was perfect! And the STAFF! We attended Oktoberfest and got a nasty case of food poisoning at one of the tents, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, with such understanding
Get to this hotel if you want to be in a quiet nice residential suburb. Service is good and the restaurant is reputed to be excellent. Very luxurious feel overall but especially the breakfast
Good stay in a traditional, bavarian Hotel with Restaurant. Room was Standard with coffee making facilities. Just the pitch roofed area was a challenge to get out of bed not to hit the head there for one persons side
This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as last time! A beautiful hotel in a quiet area adjacent to the English Garden, we were so happy with the place we can't recommend it more! The breakfast, the dinner restaurant, the room
We stayed at this hotel to be close to Munich on our vacation. It was a beautiful hotel. The tram is also just a 2 minute walk from the hotel which made travelling to Munich easy. Lovely place to stay!

Great place to stay in Munich away from the city's hustle and bustle. There is no problem to leave your car there and hit the city using public transport. The staff in the hotel was really helpful and very kind
Despite the distance to my destinations, I found the location very convenient because there's a bus stop right nearby, and the buses run regularly and on time. Thank you for the pleasant stay
but the room for staying was calm, quiet and the person in the reception is a very nice one, always positive. It's a bit far from the center but honestly, i won't change anything about this
I was very happy with my small room in the basement; it had everything I needed, including a small refrigerator and a coffee machine 😍. The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly
It's is also not that far from a metro station, all one need to do is to take the bus and arrive to the station in 10 minutes
Very, very nice place to stay, lovely Garden room and a superb Breakfast. Could not have wished for more.
The room is cozy and the bedding is very comfortable. There’s a coffee machine with hot water at the lobby for all guests, not in the room. The breakfast place is intimate but they offer a wide choice of food and drinks
Superb location, approx 15 minutes walk to Octoberfest and Old Town.
Room is clean and water pressure is good. However, the sound insulation is really bad. Not recommend for light sleeper.
Breakfast offer vegan option.
Very clean and well designed room for a couple or solo travel for price under 100 Euro..location was cery quiet street but just 5 min walk to main station entrance..many street food avaialble in adjacent streets.
Nice hotel. Located at a quiet street but very close to the main train station. Just 5 min walk. Walkable to the s bahn stop and the main shopping centre. Very good breakfast to start a day. Highly recommended.
The location is just within 5min walking distance from the Munich Central Station. The staff, Lia is very kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean. They do provide free coffee and tea in the lobby.
Stayed for a night, was convenient close to the rail road station on the way to Austria. You can help yourself to drinks and snacks as long as you write in down for payment the next morning

For our group of five, some rooms were over 70 square meters, some over 50 square meters, and some were only 20 square meters (see the pictures; rooms 11 and 10 on the second floor and above are the larger rooms)
You only get a key to the room. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage on the third or fourth floor would be tiring. The hotel is a guesthouse, managed by a very kind elderly lady who is probably the owner
I was on a business trip to Munich, and it just so happened that the Photon Quantum Automation Conference was being held at the same time. Since I couldn't find a hotel within my budget, I chose this one
The hotel's buffet breakfast is particularly good; it's open to the public, and even locals pay to eat there. The hotel rooms vary in size, but all are the same price (that's how it was when we went)
The facilities are old; some closets don't close properly, and the floors creak (there are differences between rooms; the smallest one I stayed in was the 70+ square meter one, which was luxurious)
Overall, the hotel receipts were fine, so I could stay there with peace of mind during my business trip, although it wasn't as convenient or reassuring as receiving payment directly through Ctrip
