They still have constructions. Located right by the train station it was convenient for 1 night flight connection. Lady is very friendly on the lobby. Didn't try the breakfast but smells good
If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay an extra 20 Euros. Luggage storage costs 8 Euros. The staff said the fees were listed and we must have overlooked them
I also had an interesting experience when the housekeeper flung open the door as I sat on the toilet, after letting out a shout he told me that he had my towels, despite my best efforts to explain that I was on the toilet in my boxers he simply kept reiterating that he had my towels
After collecting myself and taking the towels from the outstretched hand that had entered my room, I asked him how to lock my door from the inside, however he seemed to not have the time to explain as he quickly scurried away without remark holding only an annoyed look on his face
Even though I was grateful for the towels I was a little taken back by the enthusiasm with which he wanted to give them to me
If you arrive at the hotel after 2 PM, the price and facilities are definitely a good deal. But if you need to check in before 2 PM and pay an additional 20 Euros to get into your room, then you should really think twice

The breakfast offered is a stunning German spread that keeps us filled for a full day of exploring
On booking we wanted a parking and breakfast included. When we arrived no parking and on the morning no breakfast included, we payed extra. Dont know if the problem isnon booking.com but this misled our decision.
Came to Munich for Oktoberfest and loved this hotel! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and the location couldn't be beat - central to great restaurants and close to the fair grounds and train stations
all staff were very kind and attentive, and Tobias was so helpful for two silly Americans who can get lost in their own homes. He gave us great suggestions and maps for getting around the city
Very nice experience in hotel Andra and in the beautiful Bayern. Smooth from check-in to check out. Adequate sized rooms and nice breakfast. Sure will revisit, if staying in Munich
I stayed Hotel Andra room 50 for one day. Friendly receptionist, gorgeous breakfast, very clean bedroom and shower room. It takes about 15-30 minutes to Munich central station and main sightseeing spots by foot

It's a 5-minute walk from the tram stop, and from Central Station, it takes about 20 minutes without changing trams. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was clean and in good condition
We stayed as two families (with older children) a total of 8 and it was a great base in a very safe neighbourhood, if you don't mind catching trams, only 15 minutes to Marienplatz in the centre of Munich
I can’t say enough wonderful things! The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The members of the hotel staff were polite and answered all of our questions
Some great reasonable restaurants serving traditional Bavarian food are located within 5-10 minutes walk. A fantastic variety at breakfast to keep all nationalities happy
Absolutely wonderful staff! So kind and friendly! Beds were very comfy and rooms provided ample space for us! Breakfast was also delicious! We loved our stay here!
Clean rooms, very good size, good configurations to suit single, couples or families. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future trips to Munich

Second time staying here and it was just a good as the first time. Love this place and will continue to book a room anytime I’m in Munich. It’s very cozy and clean. The staff are so nice.
It was a great choice in Munchen. It was close to public transport so we got easily to the city center and also it was near castle. Bed was comfortable and breakfast worth of paying. Many options and great service :)
Safe, clean, quiet, everyone was very nice. Mini bar was reasonably priced and stocked with quality beer and liquor and snacks albeit I didn't partake; I brought my own. Bed was comfy, but I didn't like the pillows
Hot water was hot - yes! Definitely would stay here again, but bring my own pillow. Bed was better than my bed at home - very comfy!
Charming little place in the middle of residential area. Very quiet. Staff very helpful.
Clean comfortable stay at a traditional hotel. Great breakfast.

For our group of five, some rooms were over 70 square meters, some over 50 square meters, and some were only 20 square meters (see the pictures; rooms 11 and 10 on the second floor and above are the larger rooms)
You only get a key to the room. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage on the third or fourth floor would be tiring. The hotel is a guesthouse, managed by a very kind elderly lady who is probably the owner
I was on a business trip to Munich, and it just so happened that the Photon Quantum Automation Conference was being held at the same time. Since I couldn't find a hotel within my budget, I chose this one
The hotel's buffet breakfast is particularly good; it's open to the public, and even locals pay to eat there. The hotel rooms vary in size, but all are the same price (that's how it was when we went)
The facilities are old; some closets don't close properly, and the floors creak (there are differences between rooms; the smallest one I stayed in was the 70+ square meter one, which was luxurious)
Overall, the hotel receipts were fine, so I could stay there with peace of mind during my business trip, although it wasn't as convenient or reassuring as receiving payment directly through Ctrip

I'm truly grateful for their professional and helpful assistance when I asked for help with my lost baggage! The front desk staff and clerks all showed exceptional hospitality and were wonderful people
Incredibly friendly staff. My room was really big, clean and we'll designed. Was a comfortable stay.
I missed my scheduled flight and had to book this hotel at the last minute for a next-day check-in
It was a shame that there was no kettle. There was a supermarket next door, so it was convenient for shopping. It was close to the train station and connected to the underground, so it was very convenient
They were very accommodating when I requested to check in the following morning, and I was greeted with a warm smile and a 'welcome' at the front desk
The room and facilities were still excellent! However, one of the front desk staff was very unfriendly and treated me coldly and ignored. I always maintain politeness and greet the front desk staff if they are not busy

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Nice clean rooms with great views, amazing breakfast top
There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.
I was on a business trip and booked the hotel in the area. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and big enough bathroom! There is instant coffee and tea in the room as part of a big kitchen which is in the room
I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake
A short distance away from the noise of the city but regular busses and trains that will take you there in minutes
The terrace to the room is looking towards the street but it is not noisy

Short drive to the autobahn and shopping mall nearby. There is a takeout food place and a pub across the street, otherwise, nothing else. But it was so nice to be away from the noise/touristy crowd
My family and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel and their team are definitely a little gem just outside the city! Dankeschön Prinzeregent! We look forward to visiting you again soon!
I can’t say enough great things about the Hotel Prinzregent! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such kindness
The room was so clean and roomy and the restaurant has some of the most delicious choices! Throughout our entire stay the service was top notch with everyone we encountered going above and beyond
I was only by myself and had to take my baby with me to the bar. Our baby was getting upset, so I kindly asked again, but he told me to wait and seemed annoyed. When we finally received the bottle, we were charged €7

I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel which was literally steps from the Oktoberfest grounds. Please give my appreciation and highest regards to the front desk lady she’s truly a treasure
Fantastic! The bathroom has heated floors. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened so wide you could chat with people across the way. There's a shower cap, cotton pads, and a fridge
The location was ideal for using rail travel from the Munich Hbf. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was a very good size. The included breakfast was very, very good
I arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, thinking I'd have to wait until after noon to check in. To my surprise, the front desk staff told me I could check in right away
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious by European standards; comfortably accommodating three adults without feeling cramped—a rare find! The location is ideal, with a tram stop right outside the front door
Upon arrival, we were given a gift voucher to use at the restaurant. The room and bathroom were very clean. The double bed was comfortable, with two sets of different types of pillows and a cushion

Great staff and location, clean room and large bathroom. There's a great vietnamese restaurant about 150 metres down the road if you check in late. Only a 15 minutes walk into town. Well priced.
The hotel is in a very quiet location near the old town, and parking is made easier with a resident parking permit (€8 per night). The staff is very friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The price-performance ratio is very good for Munich. The only downside is that the elevator is only accessible via stairs. We would definitely stay here again
Plus points - the breakfast is awesome value and is highly recommend Things to be aware - the lift is tiny and doesn’t actually go to the floors, so you need to walk up from/ down a single flight of stairs each time
I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great — the room, the service, and especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed by the breakfast to go (i had to check out at 5a

The location of the hotel is great! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the towels were mildew smelling. We had our room made up the day after we got there , hoping for fresher smelling towels…
The gentlemen at check-in were always ready to help and share suggestions which really made our stay warmer and happier during this super cold winter in Munich! Highly recommend
I haven’t slept that well in years! Great place to stay all around, location was so fun and the staff went out of their way to be kind to us in every interaction.
The single rooms are small but very well designed, so nothing feels missing. The beds are soft, but the comfortable bedding makes up for it
Online check-in didn’t always work, but the helpline eventually found a solution, with very friendly and polite staff
Gorgeous hotel with thoughtful neighbors. Prime location so the room is a bit small but sufficient for us

The Hotel is quietly located, but yet quite Central. Bus connection just around the corner. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. My single room had all that you need. The bed was a little too soft
Everything was amazing. I went there for Oktoberfest, and the location was quite convenient. The bus station was close to the hotel, and the room was really lovely and clean.
The breakfast for 9 euro is absolutely delicious and starts the morning off right. The free wifi is good quality and an added bonus. This is also a very clean place, I have no complaints
The area is very quiet, the staff is very friendly. I needed their help several times, for printing/scanning something, for help posting a letter, and advice to finding places etc. , they helped with all my questions
Amazing staff ! Staff were amazing and the hotel is super cute ! It is located in a quite area and there is a bus stop super close to the hotel which makes everything easier
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always having a smile on their faces. I had a wonderful stay here and next time I'm in Munich this will be a go to place!

Really loved the apartment, very clean, modern and comfortable, the location was ok but easy links to public transport. It did get a little noisy at times, though not enough to Really bother me
Really easy check in process , though all on-line. To be fair I had no issues and the process was very good and good communication
Nice hotel, good service. Rooms are clean and furnished in modern style. Recommend this place. Good connection with metro.
I would have liked there to be tea and coffee making facilities, but that was a minor inconvenience
No room service, however plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby
Rooms were clean and modern. Had a front street view with a nice view of the street. Service was great. Concierge was funny and polite. Breakfast had lots of options. Begets are fantastic.

When in Munich this where to stay. I recommend this place to everyone. wow even met the owner who is so humble and they have a happy hour every night
Excellent service. Clean room. Close to central station and few minutes to old town. Great breakfast
The staff is wonderful - front desk people were friendly and always had a full candy jar! Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and freshly made Cappaccino! Our room was very nice and always clean when we returned
Great value for money, we had the rooftop room and it has amazing view. The location is quite good but the surrounding of the hotel is a bit shabby. Great breakfast.
Easily reached from the train station even with luggage. Easy to walk to town center and the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious
Nice to have a small fridge and they even restocked it with few complementary drinks

What a wonderful time in this Hotel. Super nice staff, very helpful in all ways. Very clean rooms and a superb Breakfast. Loved the Bavarian ambience. Will hopefully come again !!
Also has a bar with nice cold beer on tap! Around a 10 min walk from the S-Bahn station, with direct trains to the airport and central Munich (both about a 20-25 min train ride)
Liked: location close to S Bahn, interior, service, breakfasts, rooms
Excellent option for 1 night stay!
The ONLY reason they did not get five stars is that it is somewhat chaotic in the am. Housekeepers are milling about and people are toting suitcases down the stairs. Walls are very thin, so I got woken up about 7
A good place for a stopover. The family suite was huge and nice with comfortable beds. Spotless clean! Ok breakfest but not that much of a variety. Parking very close to the rooms. Helpful serviceminded staff

This is a sweet, cozy hotel in the greener West area of Munich, very idyllic, nice trails and river nearby, the central eating area is beautiful, windows behind all the tables arranges in a semi-circle embedded in a garden, the outside eating area is the best outdoor atmosphere in west Munich, the owner and workers are invariably friendly
In high summer for a week in Munich to take a vacation? In the "Prinz Myshkin Parkhotel" in Obermenzig, this works very well, if you book a room on the garden side. Then you can sleep even with the window open
The staff is very friendly and the beds comfortable. Nice by the way: The Hotel rented cheap bikes, so that excursions into the Green - Nymphenburg Palace, Botanical garden, etc
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the centre, that is reachable also with public transport. The service is impeccable and staff very friendly. Cozy room of medium size.
Very lovely, friendly and cheerful ladies welcoming you. Delicious breakfast. Even more delicious "Kuchen". Afternoon refreshments in the cute garden is highly recommended.
Very nice small hotel in a quiet part of town. Great staff who speak English; clean rooms; nice breakfast; beautiful garden seating. 10 min drive to Nymphenburg Palace

Kind staff, lovely old style building. Very good price. Great typical bavarian food in the hotel restaurant. Next time I will stop in München I will stay here again. Valerio
Our German is non existent but the server was polite and the food was awesome. We had google help us along the way and the server could tell we were trying
Although the breakfast is quite expensive and in my opinion not worth the price they offer (in an other place one person could not eat so much food for that price, even those with a good appetite), they have AMAZINGLY good choice of leaf tea
Great hotel in a quiet part of München. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Prices are quite low for München, but quality remains the top one
We are staying in the hotel that the resturants is in. On our first night we stopped in to make it easier on us since we had been travel so much

The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage there before check in, as well as the next day. The location was close enough to central Munich, and the room was quiet
The breakfast buffet was always stocked and staff was always willing to accommodate our cappuccino requests. We throughtly enjoyed our stay during the Oktoberfest!
Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, quick access to the train station, old town and the Wiesn. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire stay

We traveled with a baby and they were very helpful to provide us with whatever we needed. Breakfast is quite expensive and a la carte, so unless you eat a lot it’s not really worth it
It has stylish, modern and clean rooms. All staffs are exceptionally friendly. My stay there was nice but I was annoyed by people in the street chatting loudly until 2 am almost every night of my 3 days stay
I had read some negative reviews and was quite apprehensive, but we did not have any issues during our stay
Room was very large and spacious (true that a bit dark but this is the second hotel I stay in in Munich and it’s the same, maybe it’s a Munich thing?), complete with everything needed, staff super kind and helpful
Also, I had problems to open the shower once, it got stuck. The breakfast is good but a little expensive, for that price I would expect a buffet. But in general, I would stay again in this hotel and recommend it
What a nice hotel! We spend 4 nights and every detail proved that they deserve 5 stars from us. Rooms is quite big, bathroom is very good and our small balcony was a bonus
