One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Nice clean rooms with great views, amazing breakfast top
There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.
I was on a business trip and booked the hotel in the area. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and big enough bathroom! There is instant coffee and tea in the room as part of a big kitchen which is in the room
I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake
A short distance away from the noise of the city but regular busses and trains that will take you there in minutes
The terrace to the room is looking towards the street but it is not noisy

Short drive to the autobahn and shopping mall nearby. There is a takeout food place and a pub across the street, otherwise, nothing else. But it was so nice to be away from the noise/touristy crowd
My family and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel and their team are definitely a little gem just outside the city! Dankeschön Prinzeregent! We look forward to visiting you again soon!
I can’t say enough great things about the Hotel Prinzregent! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such kindness
The room was so clean and roomy and the restaurant has some of the most delicious choices! Throughout our entire stay the service was top notch with everyone we encountered going above and beyond
I was only by myself and had to take my baby with me to the bar. Our baby was getting upset, so I kindly asked again, but he told me to wait and seemed annoyed. When we finally received the bottle, we were charged €7

My experience at the Hotel am Nockherberg was great. The breakfast offered here was delicious with a reasonable variety of options, making each morning enjoyable
During August, I stayed at this hotel with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the rooms are kept clean
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city. I will definitely return on my next visit!
Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore,
with easy access to public transportation
The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, and they truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay
Very good
I arrived early and was allowed to enter the room 3 hours before the officiel earliest check in time !
Great staff and location, clean room and large bathroom. There's a great vietnamese restaurant about 150 metres down the road if you check in late. Only a 15 minutes walk into town. Well priced.
The hotel is in a very quiet location near the old town, and parking is made easier with a resident parking permit (€8 per night). The staff is very friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The price-performance ratio is very good for Munich. The only downside is that the elevator is only accessible via stairs. We would definitely stay here again
Plus points
- the breakfast is awesome value and is highly recommend
Things to be aware
- the lift is tiny and doesn’t actually go to the floors, so you need to walk up from/ down a single flight of stairs each time
I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great — the room, the service, and especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed by the breakfast to go (i had to check out at 5a
The popular Glacier Wave attraction is right next to the park entrance, and shopping centers and Munich University are within a 30-minute walk
We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. My wife loved the convenience and updated features. The front desk staff were very helpful with tips for getting around the city and wonderful restaurant recommendations.
They showed me which way to go and explained it nicely. Breakfasts were absolutely my favourite. Room was really nice and not to mention the location of this hotel is so convenient
We were upgraded to a beautiful suite for being ********** silver members. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was serene and relaxing and beautiful
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Munich! The decoration style is high-end and comfortable, the hotel service is professional and warm, and the location is very close to shopping malls and other attractions
Utterly friendly, most helpful and service minded staff, always with a smile on their face. Rooms are impeccable and stylish. The one hotel we keep coming back when travelling to Munich. Thank you Cortiina Team!
The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and everyone was very kind. Will definitely stay here again except for longer next time!

The location of the hotel is great! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the towels were mildew smelling. We had our room made up the day after we got there , hoping for fresher smelling towels…
The gentlemen at check-in were always ready to help and share suggestions which really made our stay warmer and happier during this super cold winter in Munich! Highly recommend
I haven’t slept that well in years! Great place to stay all around, location was so fun and the staff went out of their way to be kind to us in every interaction.
The single rooms are small but very well designed, so nothing feels missing. The beds are soft, but the comfortable bedding makes up for it
Online check-in didn’t always work, but the helpline eventually found a solution, with very friendly and polite staff
Gorgeous hotel with thoughtful neighbors. Prime location so the room is a bit small but sufficient for us

The Hotel is quietly located, but yet quite Central. Bus connection just around the corner. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. My single room had all that you need. The bed was a little too soft
Everything was amazing. I went there for Oktoberfest, and the location was quite convenient. The bus station was close to the hotel, and the room was really lovely and clean.
The breakfast for 9 euro is absolutely delicious and starts the morning off right. The free wifi is good quality and an added bonus. This is also a very clean place, I have no complaints
The area is very quiet, the staff is very friendly. I needed their help several times, for printing/scanning something, for help posting a letter, and advice to finding places etc. , they helped with all my questions
Amazing staff !
Staff were amazing and the hotel is super cute ! It is located in a quite area and there is a bus stop super close to the hotel which makes everything easier
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always having a smile on their faces. I had a wonderful stay here and next time I'm in Munich this will be a go to place!

Really loved the apartment, very clean, modern and comfortable, the location was ok but easy links to public transport. It did get a little noisy at times, though not enough to Really bother me
Really easy check in process , though all on-line. To be fair I had no issues and the process was very good and good communication
Nice hotel, good service. Rooms are clean and furnished in modern style. Recommend this place. Good connection with metro.
I would have liked there to be tea and coffee making facilities, but that was a minor inconvenience
No room service, however plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby
Rooms were clean and modern. Had a front street view with a nice view of the street.
Service was great. Concierge was funny and polite.
Breakfast had lots of options. Begets are fantastic.
What a wonderful time in this Hotel. Super nice staff, very helpful in all ways.
Very clean rooms and a superb Breakfast.
Loved the Bavarian ambience.
Will hopefully come again !!
Also has a bar with nice cold beer on tap!
Around a 10 min walk from the S-Bahn station, with direct trains to the airport and central Munich (both about a 20-25 min train ride)
Liked: location close to S Bahn, interior, service, breakfasts, rooms
Excellent option for 1 night stay!
The ONLY reason they did not get five stars is that it is somewhat chaotic in the am. Housekeepers are milling about and people are toting suitcases down the stairs. Walls are very thin, so I got woken up about 7
A good place for a stopover. The family suite was huge and nice with comfortable beds. Spotless clean! Ok breakfest but not that much of a variety. Parking very close to the rooms. Helpful serviceminded staff
It was very clean and comfortable for a group of five. The reception was also very kind and we were very satisfied. However, the surrounding area is an Islamic town, which was a bit scary for tourists
The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage there before check in, as well as the next day. The location was close enough to central Munich, and the room was quiet
The breakfast buffet was always stocked and staff was always willing to accommodate our cappuccino requests. We throughtly enjoyed our stay during the Oktoberfest!
Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, quick access to the train station, old town and the Wiesn. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire stay
We couldn’t find parking directly at the hotel, but there was a nearby car park with a good discount arrangement, so it wasn’t a problem for us
Spacious and clean rooms at great prices. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped

The room was quite spacious, but the shower pressure was really weak, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Everything else was perfect, though.
best location and strategies, we are enjoy stay there, if l go to munchen i will stay there and best service
Location wise its excellent as it is just a few minutes walk to Munich main train station. Room is okay quite spacious and daily cleaning was available. Electric kettle also provided in the room
Initially I had trouble entering the hotel as it is self check in using code and there was error a few times trying to get in but good thing the customer service was quick to respond
" After about an hour, I finally managed to reach someone who gave me the code so I could check in. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after traveling all day
Self-check-in, no free luggage storage. The room was quite clean and the location is excellent, close to the main train station, just a few minutes' walk, which is convenient for travelers.

Beautiful room and common areas. Pool could use better cleaning but otherwise a good stay for the value.
Good hotel with good fitness facilities and a nice pool.
Everything was excellent: a relaxing setting, plenty of sports activities, luxurious rooms, and wonderfully quiet.
A charming little hotel. The staff are friendly, and it's perfect for playing tennis or...
Great hotel with a great breakfast!
Generally, everything was fine. The only issues were that there was no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers, and the set breakfast (not a buffet) was overpriced at €19. The rest of our stay was excellent.
We traveled with a baby and they were very helpful to provide us with whatever we needed. Breakfast is quite expensive and a la carte, so unless you eat a lot it’s not really worth it
It has stylish, modern and clean rooms. All staffs are exceptionally friendly. My stay there was nice but I was annoyed by people in the street chatting loudly until 2 am almost every night of my 3 days stay
I had read some negative reviews and was quite apprehensive, but we did not have any issues during our stay
Room was very large and spacious (true that a bit dark but this is the second hotel I stay in in Munich and it’s the same, maybe it’s a Munich thing?), complete with everything needed, staff super kind and helpful
Also, I had problems to open the shower once, it got stuck. The breakfast is good but a little expensive, for that price I would expect a buffet. But in general, I would stay again in this hotel and recommend it
What a nice hotel! We spend 4 nights and every detail proved that they deserve 5 stars from us. Rooms is quite big, bathroom is very good and our small balcony was a bonus
Munchen, Schwanthalerstraße 45 (in the centre) 🧭 Map

The hotel also provides disposable slippers and bottled water, which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. Breakfast is included in the price — with a croissant and coffee of your choice, which is amazing
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay — it’s a great option for a short stay or just one night, and I would consider coming back if I need a short stay in Munich again
The room could be a bit cleaner, as I noticed several hairs that might have been left by the previous guest, and the area was a bit noisy
The soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear sirens outside, and the early morning construction kept me awake. The yogurt, eggs, and warm tea served for breakfast were nice
We booked a family apartment, which is nearly 50 square meters. It is very spacious, bright and comfortable. All items are neatly arranged and well thought out
The location is fantastic — just a few steps from Munich main train station, and the price is very fair

Nice and clean, friendly staff :)
It's very close to the U Station. We were there for Oktoberfest, and it was so easy to get there from the hotel - just one train, a 10-minute ride
It is difficult to book a hotel during the exhibition, and the hotel facilities are equivalent to those of a guesthouse.
The room, environment and facilities are relatively old and simple, and the shower area is very small. There is no elevator; the heating is sufficient.
(I had stayed here twice before, and the very nice breakfast was the high point of this establishment. ) The furnishings in the room provided no cabinets or drawers where anything could be put out of sight
I had left a sign on my door at 12:30 pm asking for the room to be cleaned, was that too late? It did not get cleaned, even though the vacuum cleaner was leaning right against my door when I left

Second time staying here and it was just a good as the first time. Love this place and will continue to book a room anytime I’m in Munich. It’s very cozy and clean. The staff are so nice.
It was a great choice in Munchen. It was close to public transport so we got easily to the city center and also it was near castle. Bed was comfortable and breakfast worth of paying. Many options and great service :)
Safe, clean, quiet, everyone was very nice. Mini bar was reasonably priced and stocked with quality beer and liquor and snacks albeit I didn't partake; I brought my own. Bed was comfy, but I didn't like the pillows
Hot water was hot - yes! Definitely would stay here again, but bring my own pillow. Bed was better than my bed at home - very comfy!
Charming little place in the middle of residential area. Very quiet. Staff very helpful.
Clean comfortable stay at a traditional hotel. Great breakfast.
I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel which was literally steps from the Oktoberfest grounds. Please give my appreciation and highest regards to the front desk lady she’s truly a treasure
Fantastic! The bathroom has heated floors. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened so wide you could chat with people across the way. There's a shower cap, cotton pads, and a fridge
The location was ideal for using rail travel from the Munich Hbf. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was a very good size. The included breakfast was very, very good
I arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, thinking I'd have to wait until after noon to check in. To my surprise, the front desk staff told me I could check in right away
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious by European standards; comfortably accommodating three adults without feeling cramped—a rare find!
The location is ideal, with a tram stop right outside the front door
Upon arrival, we were given a gift voucher to use at the restaurant. The room and bathroom were very clean. The double bed was comfortable, with two sets of different types of pillows and a cushion
Munchen, Hohenzollernstraße 5 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well appointed, parking in the underground garage was simple. Neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
This is such a nice hotel!
- The staff is helpful and kind
- Breakfast is fresh and good
- Schwabing is a very convenient neighborhood to stay in
We were very thankful that the hotel was able to accommodate our luggage and an early check-in after a long overnight flight
Ideal place for a weekend with friends! The 6-bed room reminds me very good times when we lived in a student dormitory. The sauna was great too! The service was excellent & location is not too far from the center
Great new modern hotel! Very clean and at a great location with multiple options for food, shopping, public transportation. Walking diestance to the parks and city center. Great underground secure garage
Young, modern and right in the middle! Breakfast is simple and good. The room is not very big but very practical. Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is modern and fresh and the location is great.
Stayed for a weekend in October. Centrally located and modern decor. The bathroom shower had a rainfall fixture and really good water pressure. The bedding was a bit thin but still comfortable

5 beds and a private bathroom. There was one large window, but it was hard to cool Off the room without a fan or leaving the door open. The bedding and towels were clean
Nice, clean and very colse from Munich central station.
Authorities are friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Weird, cooky neighborhood. Close to metro which was nice, but otherwise way out there. Feels more hostel than hotel. Rooms spacious enough and clean.
Maybe all the hotel beds in Munich are similar. The bathroom has not been replaced and cleaned for three days. In addition, the shower floor drain seems to be blocked and the water drains very slowly
The surrounding environment is very quiet. The hotel is relatively small, with two floors. It is very crowded to put two beds. There is only an aisle for walking. The bed is very narrow, about 0
I step in the puddle every time I take a shower. The boss is Chinese and he is quite considerate of his Chinese compatriots. It is not bad for a temporary business stay
I have a pleasant time staying here. Only the pillow can be better. location is quite good even though it feel a bit dangerous walking at night.
It was a comfortable and nice room.
The location was great in terms of proximity to the city center and public transport, but you do need to keep in mind the kind of area the station surroundings can be. Overall, I really liked this hotel
Breakfast was really good, and the room (Business Studio) was excellent – clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was available upon request, otherwise it wasn't provided
There were bed bugs on the carpet, and the room was small
My stay at H+ Hotel München was very pleasant. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions
