Location is perfect, next to the main station. Lots of restaurants and Old town is right next to it. Rooms big and cozy, bed is very comfortable. Staff is amazing! Now for the service; They are absolutely amazing

Very nice hotel near the main train station. If you're coming by train, this is the best and closest hotel.

My boyfriend forgot his bracelet at this room, I messaged the hotel to see if they found it and if possible to send it back home. They found the bracelet, took it to the post office and it has finally arrived

In a very good place, near to the city centrum (Marienplatz). We just stayed for two nights at a very basic room with no breakfast or meal to visit around München and all was well. Clean room, friendly staff etc.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and warm. We stayed there for the Iranian Revolution event on February 14, and many Iranians were there

In the evenings we gathered in the lobby to talk, and the staff were always patient and kind with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a lovely stay here. Check in was easy and the receptionist was lovely. We didn’t opt for breakfast here. Only issue is location, although the bus is outside, it does take some time. Supermarkets are close by too

The lighting at both the bathroom mirror and in the room was very poor, making it difficult to do my makeup, I often had to use my phone’s flashlight because the ceiling light was too dim

The hotel was basic yet very good. Clean, polite staff and room with all that you need. The location is 15-20 mins from anywhere you want to go in the city, with bus and Ubahn stops very near

Staff was fabulous and location was ideal…short tram ride to Oktoberfest. The AC still needs work and this could have been solved with a fan. We could walk to Matienplstz and plenty of dining nearby

The parking was difficult and expensive so unless you need a car I would not get one. You can walk or Uber anywhere you might need to go

The air conditioning was weak and didn’t get close to the set point temp. This is my only complaint, otherwise great experience.

The staff was fabulous! Jerry made the s feel very welcome and escorted us to the room. The hotel was clean…except for the ugly brown shag carpet that looks like it’s been around since the 70s

I can’t mention just one because they were all very nice and helpful. The only thing a small negative is that they bathrooms are like being in a cruise ship bathroom so be prepared for that

Excellent hotel! Friendly management! The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the coffee was made to order. We received a free room upgrade upon check-in, which was a nice touch.

The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is tiny, they provide 2 towels only and the toiletry if of the cheapest kind. The bed head board is falling apart (see pic), but the rooms are comfy and clean

Just recently had a 4 night stay at this hotel and I have nothing but praise, the location is excellent, close enough that you're in walking distance from all the focal points of the city but tucked away enough that you don't get all the noise from the busy areas

I like everything here, it’s quiet, nice room, nice view, but some small things are a little bit run down, like the lift that looks a bit old, and the rain shower in the room doesn’t really want to work

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-7 minute walk from the U-Bahn. If you walk a little further, there's also a tram stop. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town

The garage is tricky to find yet the staff was very helpful! Caution the garage is only ok for vehicles up to 2t!!!! (but even there the staff was helpful and the house not being full due to COVID helped

My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station

The windows had no screens and we had so many big bugs come into our room. We caught four of them in a cup and took them to the front desk to show them. Then they said they could get us a fan the next day

We called the front desk to ask if we could get the fan back and they said it was in a room that was locked. But we could open the windows because it is cool outside

We declined house cleaning one day, but asked the front desk if we could get coffee because we did not get house cleaning. They were not able to give us coffee because it was also in a locked closet

The rooms do not have air conditioning. Which is okay because they did provide a fan. When housekeeping came 2 days into our trip they took the fan

The bathroom was clean with so many clean towels, shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. The personal was also really friendly. So to sum up, I am top satisfied 😌 👍👍

Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced. For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front. With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains

It is a small, quiet hotel, that is far more comfortable and as more amenities than one would guess by its size. The staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean.

One thing that could be improved is the cost of the breakfast and the quality. Lastly the customer service lady who checked us in was fantastic, polite, well spoken and very understanding when checking in my old parents

A conveniently located, good value, quiet hotel just outside Munich's old town, with close proximity to the train, tram, and car rental companies. Whilst the rooms have a more classic decor, they are well maintained

The kitchenette is surprisingly spacious for small meals and is equipped with the basics. Of particular note is the service which is incredibly friendly and helpful

A few minutes walk from the train station, basic hotel, rooms were ok but no air conditioning so was quite hot in the warm temperature. The breakfast though a small selection was better than expected.

The hotel is in a great location near the main train station. We had a room facing the back. At night, we couldn't hear any street noise

In the evenings and mornings, there was a strong smell of doner kebab from the many doner shops nearby. We were there for a football match, and it was perfect for that

The hotel is actually managed as an apartment. You need to register and fill in your personal information on the machine, which is not very friendly to tourists who don't speak English

Located in the heart of Munich this hotel is very nice. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast lacked hot food but that's a very small issue

We spent 6 days at this Hotel. It's located 20-minute walk from the downtown area. The breakfast is good and bedroom is quite wide and comfortable. No complains.
