Stayed in this hotel on a work trip week of October 15th. Every thing about this hotel is just wonderful. From the moment you check in to time I checked out, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. Room was very comfortable and WiFi was good enough to enable work to be done. Very nice hotel and I would stay again.

The hotel is ok. Staff is friendly. Rooms are outdated but clean. The refrigerator was removed. There is no airco, but still ok for me. In a quiet area, close to a supermarket

The area was quiet and there were lots of bus stops and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby, as well as plenty of shopping opportunities

The location was grate. I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one. So yes, I recomend this Hotel.

A hotel with good rooms, typical of the Ibis chain. We booked a room with a balcony, plenty of space, and a separate bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good, but always the same.

I stayed 4 nights here solo and it was perfect for me. The whole hotel was very modern and clean, and my room was facing away from the street so it was super quiet even with the window open. The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

We were for the Brunch on Sunday. A wide variety of hot and cold dishes for all ages and tastes. Great quality and flavor, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is quite elegant yet cozy. The live music was also very good. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was truly a memorable birthday because of the elegance, warm vibe and amazing buffet on offer even for us as vegetarians. I would definitely go there again and again. The staff were so nice and welcoming and they even accommodated our request to be seated on the ground level. Breakfast was good.check in was a breeze. The service of the front desk staff was friendly and efficient 

The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you.

A bit pricey like anywhere in Berlin but nice

The hotel is good but old. The rooms are big!

Good location, excellent staff, but the carpets were worn and old with uninviting stains. The shower room was clean. There wasn't much ventilation in hot weather.

The Tiergarten Hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes by car from Berlin Train Station. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The front desk clerks were very good and polite. The only drawback is that there is no water heater, so I can't eat instant noodles at night.

Easy to get to trains and buses. Jan was super helpful. He had his map and a smile ready each time we were headed out the door since we were always asking for directions and advice. The property is beautiful, it has an amazing gym, pool and spa and the area is fantastic.

Visited here Monday to Friday morning. Staff very polite but overworked. Printed our Berlin welcome card, Thank you. Unfortunately our beds and towels were never changed. Breakfast was very very minimal only hot food was boiled eggs. Fruit was very old bananas blackish apples wrinkled. We were very disappointed the hotel had no Internet for the time that we was there, makes me wonder if it ever worked...

Clean place, easy to check in, free parking. No cosy atmosphere inside but a perfect place to sleep for a few nights for a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for so ofcourse you do not exspect a 5 star hotel with a lot of breakfast and big room. I would recomend this hotel to people who is only looking for going out in the city and not spending much time at the hotel

Great apartment, cosy and very quiet. Perfect location for access to public transport and only 15 minutes to the city. Had issues with the hot water and heating system but it was eventually sorted out.

Clean, nice, 24-hour reception available

We stayed for 4 nights. On the 3rd day, we requested housekeeping because our bed sheet got dirty. However, they simply straightened the bed, left the dirty sheet in place, and just pulled the duvet over it — and called it "cleaning." Apparently, this is what they consider room service. Unfortunately, it was far below our expectations and turned out to be a disappointing experience.

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

This was such an incredible hotel to stay at, the staff was so friendly, everything was clean and well kept and the neighborhood that it is in is the best with so many wonderful eateries and everything within walking distance. The staff also went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed.

One staff member could so visibly not care less it made us uncomfortable, while we tried to be as polite as possible. Luckily the others were very nice and helpful. One thing that would have been good to inform at check in was that you need to lock the rooms with your key, both from the inside as well as outside when leaving the room. That is not exactly a common practise in hotels, not unheard of...

Bring your earbuds if you want better sleep in the morning because either the wall is too thin or the bed is too close to the door in my room, otherwise you may hear people talking loudly in the early morning and it ruins your sleep. Good location, in a touristy area of town (Checkpoint Charlie, and other tourist attractions is within walkable distance) that has many restaurants and other stores around. Have to go down to Lobby for toothbrush and other amenities, no slippers in hotel room either. But overall decent value for money.

At first I was really put off by this hotel. It had hostel vibes and the rooms were cramped and dingy. But the overall hotel had so much personality and the breakfast was terrific. This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both. They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)

Clean and comforting hotel in Berlin. The staff are helpful. Rooms are small but not that big as well. We did not test the breakfast as we had to live very early in the morning. Some rooms have beautiful balcony to enjoy the view.

This is a good hotel in a southern suburb of Berlin. It is near an underground stop. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast that has wide variety of wholesome food, hot and cold.

Situated in the Neukölln neighbourhood of Berlin right next to a cemetery. The Hotel is slightly outdated, but really clean and tidy! Room 34 on the back side overviews the graveyard, that made it really quiet and tranquil.
