The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a metro station in the city center and very close to Checkpoint Charlie. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited with not much to choose from. On the upside, the price is not high, so it offers decent value for money.

The Hotel and room was very clean. Everyday they cleaned the room and change the towels. The location was very near to brandenburg tor and potsdamer platz, 15 minutes by walking. Checkpoint Charlie is 5 minutes by foot. It was easy to Connect to metro.

Walking into the hotel was like an energizing cosy hug from Berlin! Welcoming and unpretentious bar and lobby. Lovely staff. Great large room with 5 bed options and well planned accommodation. The restaurant, courtyard and sauna were all massive bonuses that made it a perfect couple of days.

Such a nice hotel with super friendly staff. All went really well. The interior is beautiful and clean, I really liked the style. The location is perfect. It is incredibly how they have succeeded with such easygoing atmosphere while the surroundings are the most hectic parts of Berlin. The only minus is that the internet connection is super bad.

I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but walkable to the cetre of Berlin. Our bedroom was were large and comfortable and very quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay !

Love this place! This hotel is so true to Kastanienallee, Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin. Love staying there! Just remember ear plugs for the early morning trams.

Not a very good Experience. Basin drainage were closed. shower area has a very tiny space. No shampo nothing. Copare to the service it was really expensive.

Pretty good! It's about a 400-meter walk from the subway station. The room is quite spacious, and it even has a balcony. Just writing this for the points, LOL.

Stayed in a suite with jacuzzi bath and sauna - it was August and quite hot in Berlin so didn't use the sauna but the jacuzzi was nice once I'd worked out how to use it. Overall the room and bathroom was quite clean but there was dust, hair and a baby's dummy underneath the bed. There was a floor standing AC unit in the room which was quite noisy when running - I had to turn it off before sleeping...

The hotel is located in Charlottenburg destrict not far away from TU Berlin. Actually, the rooms is spacious and personnel pretty kind. I got a free beer which I was very happy about because there is not much restaurants nearby, it’s kind of car business district around there. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities...

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

Nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in, good value for the price, great location in the city centre and close to many sights. Also well connected if you want to explore other parts. I stayed at Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz and overall had a pretty good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the heating in the room was excellent — the space felt warm and very comfortable throughout my stay. The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. Stayed with our two kitties for a chill firework free new years, could not recommend more. Fireworks are prohibited in the property and they’re pet friendly. The place is quiet, in the middle of the forest, on a lake shore. We like the environment, and the breakfast was good. But if you crave city vibes and/or hate East German retro styling, you might do better at another place.

We were here for a reading with dinner and another time for dinner. Both times, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The menu may be small, but everything was fresh and delicious! We always enjoy coming back for dinner.

A super nice hotel, near Berlin airport (Brandenburg). About 25 minutes drive from the car rental place. A lots of parking space. The room is well equipped and big enough for 4 persona's. My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

In 2023 we had an excellent experience with this hotel, hence for a big family gathering we wanted this hotel again and booked 4 rooms. Unfortuately 2 of the rooms were very cold, the hotel managed to fix this though. But the cleaning was subpar and all in all lower standard than it used to. Its still good vakue for money and veey central amd the staff is friendly. But very cold to stay in the winter

The interior of the hotel reminds me of the 80s or 70s that takes you back in time. A nice hotel situated very close to the Olympic stadion in Berlin. Everything was fine. Reservation done via email and paid prior to the arrival. Breakfast was charched for 15€ per person (eggs, ham, saussages, vegetables,...). Our room had a free of charge Air-condition.

Nice hotel in Prenzlauer Berg. The rooms are clean and quiet big. The hotel is located close to the Tram and the Ringbahn. So, it’s a good departure point for discovering Berlin.

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.
