Excellent breakfast and silent location

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!

Price-performance was okay, good location. Check-in took quite a while, and the cleanliness could be better. We had to change rooms because the heating wasn't working. Breakfast was good.

This is the hotel I always stay at when I'm on business trips to Berlin. It's conveniently located near the Free University and the subway. It's quiet and the facilities are very clean. The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned...

The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The facilities are also very nice. A special thank you to Sandra Hoffmann – she is incredibly friendly and patient, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Her kindness made me feel truly at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room was quite spacious. I had two separate bookings, and when I checked in, the hotel merged them into one, so I didn't have to switch rooms during my stay. My booking didn't include breakfast, but the front desk informed me at check-in that there's a complimentary simple breakfast with bread and coffee available from 7 AM to 11 AM, which was a nice bonus. Very basic hotel. Great thing is breakfast is free from 7-11am. Near to U2 line metro. Bad thing is no matter how long you stay, only 1 bottle of 1L drinking water provided. Housekeeping not available, only request towel etc at counter if need.

Excellent location. Steps to subway and bus stop. Free coffee and tea plus bread. Little frustrated with wifi. They changed the password every week. So I was unable to connect wifi next day because they just changed the password. It's a bit annoying..

The room was small but very clean. Most importantly, it was incredibly convenient to get around by subway or bus. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel even offers free bread and coffee, which is a big plus!

Room is exactly as advertised, it is quite compact, with limited space to put cloths if you are staying more than a a couple of days. Everything works really well, service has been great. The location is great for visiting Berlin.

Very good location and nice rooms. However, we were staying in winter with snow outside, the lack of entrance mat was a real issue. Also, the heating system was going full blast. We had to sleep with the window opened.. Lastly, the rooms are quite small, but it's quite usual for BER.

Great location, right outside a train station. The rooms are on the smaller side, and if you are tall the ceiling dips in certain areas. Other than that, they were clean, accomodating staff and housekeeping was always done. We did have the breakfast one day, it is a buffet which is helpful, but I’m not sure it would be worth it everyday. Overall a good stay.

It clean and good hotel with rather small rooms. But clean rooms and good breakfast. Tablet cradle for TV has an USB-B to stick your charging cable in it. Online check-out and receiving online bill is working fine. They have a secure storage for your bag, to leave it after you check out in the morning.

Great location and affordable rooms which are spacious and nicely decorated. The bar in the courtyard was lively on Saturday night and a nice place to get a drink but you can't hear the noise when you're in your room. The room included a Nespresso machine which produced hot water too but you did have to pay for additional coffee pods etc.

The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

Really an amazing place especially for the great people that works their. We couldn't go back home and they did everything to support us and let us feel at home as possible. The hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz metro station and a tram stop at the intersection. There are vending machines and a lounge area on the first floor. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel is located approximately 2 km outside central Berlin. The room was quite small, offering a very economical, no-frills experience that reminded me of typical budget accommodations in Japan. Despite the compact size, the room was clean overall.

Good location, good service, reasonable price, but the lighting in the room needs to be upgraded.

The hotel itself was really nice and the reception staff always polite. I found one or two of the breakfast staff a little rude at times. We found the room to be quite small with little space to put general things out. One thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities, I can’t remember when I was in a hotel without this. All in all, though, it was a comfortable stay.

The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact...

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Myers - very helpful front desk staff, lovely bar (could use a dry Rose wine :) ), really comfortable beds. And the neighbourhood is wonderful.

Room was clean and location was convenient. Stayed for three days and had no problems. The staff were all helpful and polite. I’d say the only drawback was the bathroom could have been cleaner but it was no issue.

What stood out was the breakfast, so tasty and good, the staff were also very nice. The room was ok, a few small things that they should take care of otherwise it will quickly become a 2 star hotel.

It would have been nice had it been air conditioned, but it had comfy beds and worked for our family. The breakfast was okay, a little overpriced but was fine. It was just hidden enough that we didn't know how close it was to Gesundbrunnen station and kaufpark, perhaps the hotel should point that out for food options?

Really REALLY nousy neighbourhood with trains passing within about 100-150m. Mostly between 22-01 at night. Parking space at the hotel is very limited and has to be booked in advance.

The staff were helpful in extending our check out even without us asking. The kitchenette in the room was great! We could make simple meals when we wanted or were too tired to go out. The cookies at the reception were fantastic: too bad they were only available for a limited time every day.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Within walking distance to the center of the city…. About a mile to 11/2 miles depending on where you are going.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.  They also have a great breakfast buffet with very attentive staff.   I’ll definitely recommend this place.  And wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next visit to Berlin.

Rolled into Big Mama for the skating marathon, and rolled out 5 nights later. David at reception? Absolute legend. Gave me advice with a wink, connections with a grin, and the kind of tips you definitely won’t find on TripAdvisor.

Marlen at the front desk was phenomenal! She remembered us in our short stay and when we had an issue with the shower draining she promptly moved us to a new room! She made the experience awesome! She is what every employer wants in their staff!

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent location for exploring the centre of Berlin. Good shower, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good WiFi. Only (minor) issue was that the air conditioning was a bit under-powered so the room was a bit warm. I was able to check-in several hours early and the check-out experience was smooth.
