The location is fantastic with everything you'll want to see in walking distance, but it's also directly next to a tram station and a 1 minute walk to the train station. The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. The rooms are clean and very quiet on the courtyard side but quite small. The rooftop is very beautiful and nice to lounge around and get out of your room.The breakfast was good and well balanced.

Very good place to visit. Price compared to quality provided is very nice. Staff is also very helpful. It's also easy to get to city centre from here by public transport. They also have private parking, but you have to pay additionally for it. Not very much though.

This hotel is a three star hotel, but you will get a very comfortable rooms, nice food, and the hospitality and welcoming of a five star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel . Personally, whenever I visit Berlin, I will stay in Aga's Hotel.

I stayed one night at the Sorat for a weekend trip to Berlin. I paid £55 and for this price, it was an absolute bargain! Have recently returned from a two night stay at the Sorat. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. We had a room at the rear and no noise at all. Shower excellent. Good location, great staff. I recommend this place

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, my bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at first! But the reception staff was very nice and sorted everything out.

The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls...

While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities...

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

The service was great, and the facilities were quite new. Everything was clean and tidy. Right outside, you have access to the metro and train. The surrounding restaurants are good, and there's a supermarket just across the street, which is really convenient. It's a bit far from the tourist attractions, but for us, as we were there for our child's training nearby, it was perfect 👌🏻

Everything was great. The room was cozy and comfortable, well-heated despite the cold outside, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of quality items. The location was very central, right next to Alexanderplatz.

Lovely hotel in a very picturesque location, ideal for walking, biking and relaxing. Quite expensive to eat in but just a short bus ride away from the S Bahn with links to all the Berlin districts and beyond.The staff are great too - would definitely go back!

Booked two rooms on the same reservation. Only one room was found when checking in which lead to a lot of waiting time, trying to figure out what happened to the other room reservation.

The interior of the hotel reminds me of the 80s or 70s that takes you back in time. I would visit here during the cool season because they don't have air-conditioning inside, although they provide you with a fan but I'm not sure if it's comfortable for consecutive days. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The rooms were cute, spacious, and very clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. I especially loved the strong water pressure in the shower! The hotel overall is well-kept and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with a large selection of delicious items to choose from.

Worth the price, but probably that's it. There is a small kitchen room on the 5th floor. Should be open from 7 in the morning, but I need to get to reception to open it after 7. There is a fridge, stove, microvawe, some kitchenware.

Booked this hotel for a weekend with my family. The rooms look modern, and there is free coffee and tea near the entrance as well as a small gym in the basement. We requested an extra blanket, which was delivered to our room without any issues. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect for our needs, as we needed a hotel near Wuhlheide. We easily found a parking space in the surrounding residential area in the early afternoon. Perfect for a stay in East Berlin.

The hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz metro station and a tram stop at the intersection. There are vending machines and a lounge area on the first floor. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Clean room and friendly staff at check in. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away - without having to wait until the advertised 3pm checkin time.

Excellent!!! we were able to do the check in before and the staff was really great.

The hotel is close to the tram station. The layout of the room however is a bit weird. The shower area is directly next to the bed, meaning that everyone in the room will see you naked when you leave the shower. This is a concern, especially when you are travelling with friends.

After this stay, I wont book park plaza ever again. Our room is so warm and the shower doesnot work properly. They asked us to open the window because of high room temp, but there are noises from firework. This is non-sense. They moved us to another room. Please dont expect 4-star as they said they are.

We liked the hotel. It is very well located, near U- und S-Bahn and with many restaurants near by. Nice neighborhoods all around. Recommended.

Really worth it for the price. It was pleasant staying here and it is very convenient.

The lady at the reception (Asian) was unfriendly and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I spoke with her supervisor, and then the issues were resolved. For 10 minutes, there were no bread rolls at breakfast, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. However, the older cleaning lady on the 6th floor was very friendly and accommodating.

Okay. The heating was set very low and couldn't be turned up any higher. As a result, the room temperature was 15 degrees Celsius. A bit cold.

After I left my luggage with one staff member and was gone for only a minute, another staff member threw away the food I had left on the counter. When I asked about it，she said it was disgusting and offered no apology until I asked.

 This is super close to the airport. A little far from city centre but with Tram and Trains. It's not that bad. 

This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.
