The pancakes at breakfast are the best reason to go to this hotel. They crumble in your mouth, buttery, soft and just enough sweetness that you hear, no, feel the work of God. The omelette too! With cheese 😭

I personally dealt with the general manager and he customer service obligations extend well beyond his responsibility. He is a very hands on and attentive manager. The Filipino man who seemed to be in charge of the food area was extraordinary. Great experience!

Great rooms in a good location. High ceilings combined with extremely quiet rooms make relaxing very easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. Very close to a number of attractions and situated between a number of U and S stops. Will stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and silent location

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!

Price-performance was okay, good location. Check-in took quite a while, and the cleanliness could be better. We had to change rooms because the heating wasn't working. Breakfast was good.

This is the hotel I always stay at when I'm on business trips to Berlin. It's conveniently located near the Free University and the subway. It's quiet and the facilities are very clean. Just one stop away from the main train station, this Mercure is a bit older compared to others. It's decent, nothing outstanding but no major flaws either. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; it can be a bit noisy.

Great location. Asked for more hangers and the officers helped. Asked to change room after day 1 due to noisy street and the staff helped to changed to a quieter facing room. Appreciate the help a lot. Will be great if rooms have fridge. Will be great if 2 bottles of water can be provided instead of 1 as 2 of us stayed in the room. Excellent all round.

Busy hotel .. everything nearby Supermarket , attractive point , transportation all in walking distance. But there is only one bottle of sparkling water for one stay. Breakfast expensive. Overall value for money.

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast. There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin.

Excellent location to explore Berlin on foot!

Accommodations were wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Everything was convenient. Berlin’s big but hop on hop off bus was close. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast and thought it was overpriced though dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and my coffee bar was not refilled all the days of my stay. Everything else was perfect

The property is beautiful, it has an amazing gym, pool and spa and the area is fantastic.

This hotel is a gem. The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean. We weren't able to find rooms this big in this area for this price anywhere else.

very bad cleaning staff got in our room before checkout time and we were not ready yet. We complained to the reception and they told us they will take care of it and nothing happened afterward.

Good centrally located hotel in Berlin Charlottenburg.

Really enjoyed my stay at NH. Richard their staff was very kind and helpful. I will visit them again. They are very close to a train station. Plenty of restaurants around and shopping street is right across.

I liked that it was not located in a typical tourist area. The neighborhood was more working class, lots of immigrants, a real slice of Berlin life. Cozy room near the metro station (7 minutes walk). Nearby supermarkets Rewe and Lidl. There is an elevator in the hotel building. The staff is polite and always ready to help. It's not far from the train station and the front desk is very welcoming. It's a relatively good European hotel.

Music too loud at night, can’t sleep, we have three rooms in different floor, all hear loud music at the hotel bar/disco at night. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the one. Also, they don’t give you complementary all the time.

The hotel is family friendly (kids eat for free breakfast) and the location is near to nice restaurant and mall. Only thing is there is no laundry service during weekends and the washsalon is about 2 miles away

I had stayed at the hotel with two of my friends for a girls city break, the hotel was in the best location for everything. The beds were really comfy and the shower was really powerful and hot! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Had a delicious breakfast there as well.

Stayed for 4 nights on a family city break to Berlin. Nice hotel in great location for walking/using public transport. Attentive staff, spacious, modern room and facilities. Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. One key point for me is tbe sound isolation - very good. Extremely quiet. Calm efficient staff will take good care of you. This is our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely return

Pretty standard cheap hotel. There were some great bits of design in the lighting which can be rehung to change the mood. But it's a decent place to get your head down. There's also a drinks fridge and snacks in reception so you can take a cheeky wee beer up to your room.

Stayed at the Regent last year, and was very comfortable in their suite, which was unexpectedly large! Service was excellent also. The butler / concierge service helped us in so many ways when it came to booking restaurants, concerts, and seeing that our driver was on top of our plans. This hotel stands out in solid service.

Great hotel. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast. Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room. The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower.

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. The location is fantastic! It's on the main shopping street, with a dm store downstairs, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including many delicious local eateries. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Great location. Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor). Room facing the street is surprisingly quiet at night. Window opens for fresh air. Mini fridge is a plus.

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

It's a very convenient location. There are a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. I went to the front desk to leave my luggage before checking in, but I was able to check in right away, which was very convenient.

Clean beautiful and well organised. I would be traveling to Poland with flixbus and the bus station was right beside the hotel so perfect location for road travelers imo.

The location is next to the Berlin bus station, which is all I can think of as a good thing. The room cleanliness was so-so, and the price wasn't exactly budget-friendly.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and there is a fast food restaurant downstairs. It is also not far from the convention center and has a good location.

The location is very good. The room is very clean and lacks some necessary appliances such as a refrigerator. It is very convenient to go to the exhibition and you can walk there.

The facilities are too old, and they feel worse than those of more than 200 hotels in China 😅, but it is indeed close to the FESPA exhibition. I walk to the exhibition every day, saving taxi fare.
